My hoverboard doesn't beep before it dies and the Light is always green, it doesn't die fast but I can't tell when its gonna die
If you have problems, simply replace the battery, logic board, balance sensor and the wheels. Oh and don’t forget to check for loose wires 😂😂😂

I just bought a hoverboard. Internals are dated 2015. The insides are very clean and I dont think the board has seen much use. it is a V1.0.
It was sold as spares/repair.
The battery would not charge and showed 3.1v so I replaced the battery.
The battery was charged up without any issues.
When the board is switched on, all the lights briefly flash and the board turns off.
I have read somewhere that the V1.0 board had a fault that could 'brick' it and it would never work again.
what are your thoughts?
I have a 10” hover
board that has stopped working. When it is turned on, the green light
comes on but the red light on the R center side of the board also comes on and
blinks, and there is a constant beep sounds for a few seconds.
Strike Hoverboard The problem is with the sudden stop with the brakes for no reason and the battery charged and after the sudden stop if you try to turn it on, it does not work, but if you insert the charger socket for a few seconds and disconnect it, it works again without delay, but within minutes of work it stops completely again and also if you try to turn it on after stopping Surprisingly, after a few minutes, it works again without the need to insert the charger socket. There is an important note. When I lift it off the ground and try to turn it on, it works at full speed without stopping or problems, but when I drive it, it stops after a few minutes. Thank you

i start up my board and when i try to go fast the battery turns off randomly. any fix?

hello oscar, I would advise you to take a look at our recalibration video. if that does not work I would diagnose the issue as you needing one or two balance sensors replace. we would recommend you always use high quality parts on your device.

You might have bad battery, check for voltage of battery at least leave in plug over night. My does.

So I recently bought a hover board from a friend, I don't know what brand it is, all I know it's the one with the "Mercedes" wheels, and I opened it up and saw that there was a wire not connected to anything, but when I ride the board it works fine like as if that wire doesn't effect the board at all , but I really just want to know where that wire goes, it's a black and red one from the mother board and they are pretty thin wires

have you tried a new remote for your model? most remotes are not specific to one board.

i have a rare problem with my hoverboard, i turn it on and it works fine but after riding it around 5-10 minutes one side of the hoverboard dies completely and then the other side also. the light is still activated and works when pressing the balance sensor but the motors are completely dead. the strange thing is when i turn it of and wait 2-3 minutes to turn it on the motors work again but on ly for 5-10 minutes and then the same issue, do you possibly have a solution for this???

Ok please I'm haven't the same issue. My son rides it for like a min and one side turns off and starts blinking and beeping. .

If you have a red flashing light on one side and it wont move and Recalibrate doesn't fix it... Check all plugs and wires are getting good connection (Especially the 5 wire sockets). If they are and it still don't move then it probly has a blown output fet on the side thats red. They're easy to change.. MAKE SURE BATTERY IS UNPLUGGED!! Measure the Mosfets, 6 on a heatsink per side(GDS)... Usually only 1 or 2 short... DMM to Diode, Neg on Center pin (Drain), Gate approx +1.5v, Source approx .5v. YST7575C crosses to RU6888R 68v 88a TO220 *** For the 12 Fet Mainboard Model, one bank of Fets controls one drive wheel. Do a continuity test to figure out what bank controls what side.. Each bank of Fets, are broken into pairs per thick drive wheel wire (YGB)..
I just bought a new hoverboard.. But RT tyre makes cracking sound. But if u rotate it by hand then there is no noise. It not a grinding sound. Its cracking/ popping sort of sound.
i have a QUESTION my hoverboard (the right side) seems to feel loose or delayed unlike my left side that reacts immediately i tried to tighten the wheels 4 bolts under the sensor board one bolt was slightly loose i reassembled and still have the same issue
My hoverboard is the 8 inch bluetooth speaker model. It won't turn off and once i have it on charge one light on the board is blinking yellow and it will not stop beeping. I can only get it to stop if i unplug the battery. Once i plug the battery back in it won't start beeping unless i attempt to charge it. The blinking red light on the motherboard blinks 9 times in sequence which from what I've heard it means the motherboard is fine. I can't even find anyone else with a yellow blinking light issue
My board flipped/rolled when I hit a big bump and after that it won't turn back on for like 5 minutes or more. Now every time it slips out from my feet it does the same thing and shuts off and won't come back on for at minimum 5 minutes
my sons hover board just quit working. When turning the wheels by hand one wheel spins smoothly and the other does not. It feels almost like a stop move motion. And neither side have power to the wheels. lights come on except the left one on the top. blue led's both come on. theres no loose wires inside everything seems plugged in right. tried reseting it even disconnected the battery and still nothing. i'm thinking maybe the wheel needs replaced since it is a rotor/stator setup. can you please help me resolve this issue.

We have jetson motokicks. One works fine but the other keeps beeping and flashing when turned on. At times it powers up normal and tries going forward but stops and then starts beeping and flashing again. What could be the problem?
yes the quality of part was the issue. very rare you need to replace both sensors and logicboard

I figured out my battery was bad but also when I make any connection to the green wire on the left side the wheel does not spin freely
my board goes in only one direction whether i push the front of pads or the back of the pads. I have never seen this problem and have no idea where to start looking. Board moves same direction regardless of which way pad is pushed.
My son received a "10 bluetooth hoverboard for Christmas. The sound and bluetooth sound stopped working after about 2 days. The board works fine otherwise. Any suggestions on how to fix the sound and bluetooth functions?

My hover board wheel wants to spin but it’s making like a rubbing sound I took apart and nothing is stopping it from freely spinning the motor moves and when you go forward and backwards it like jumps and start moving but not catching

I’m having problems with mine, I took off the cover, and noticed it’s white stuff on the green part that has the wires connected
my hoverboard doesn't work on the right side, the circle light blink red and it make a beep on both side when putting weight on it, but the motor on the right wont work like the left side do when I step on the left side first but after taking my foot off the left and putting my foot on it again, the motor won't run. red light are blinking even after recalibrating the sensors. I was wondering if you know whats wrong with mine, I turn it on and then it beeps once turns red and then turns off all with in one second but i know the battery works as I tested it in a different board.
My brand new hoverboard run time is around 25 minutes then it cut off power of board. At full charge it was around 41.5 V and after 25 minutes the battery voltage was only 37.8 V for cut off. Why is the voltage still so high and already there was a cut off the power?
At wat voltage should the board switch off? Any suggestions?

Liked & subscribed.i realize this video is 2015 but I am interested in buying a good quality board for my 6 year old. There are so many different models & prices . you are the best video I've found yet .honest & helping people.could you suggest a good one that is durable ,will definitely work right out of the box that has smooth ride on rough terrain.we live in a rural area . nothing extreme but gravel driveway & Small hills ect.like the idea of metal rather than all plastic throw away models.at some point I will definitely have to try it out.im roughly the same size you are.avarage .thank you in advance.in NC USA . want to keep inevitable shipping & repair cost in mind also. Hello, What would cause the board to come to a complete stop and the battery light blinks 7 times? The board is fully charged according to the charger. It is the battery light blinking not the round power light. Also the board is hardly used basically new. Thanks

Koowheel hoverboard K1 started to work incorrectly.
The first mistake was to stop the left or right engine at random, then suddenly turn off. I can not turn it on.
I suspected the charger, but the charger is correct. I thought the battery was empty, but the battery was 36V. When I try to turn it on, the green light on it once lights up once. When I connect it to the charger, the loudspeaker is activated that the bluetooth is ready for pairing. The device shows charging, but charger does not. (Battery full)
Can I safely say that the motherboard is incorrect, or can it be anything else?

hi i have changed all boards but only one side works as it should the other side the wheel locks you cn hear it trying to move,ive adjusted it to make sure its not catching on anything ive tried changing the wires round from the motor but then it goes crazy any ideas, ive also tried a different motor and still the same any ideas

You just have to open up the hoverboard and detach the wire that connects to the speaker. It's very simple.

My sons hover board won't stay on. If you hold down the power button, it will stay on as long as you're pressing the button. As soon as you take your finger off the power button and it turns off again. I replaced the power button and it did not help. Any thoughts on this?
Hey I received a hoverboard that came to the original owner broken. Specifically, it only seems to actually work when it's tilted far forwards, making it rather impossible to actually ride. Otherwise, it makes a loud, repetitive beep and a red light displays. When I opened it up and took a look at the various wires at one point, where the little connections covered in the plastic tubing are made battery-side, the green wire appears to be hooked up to the blue wire, the blue wire hooked up to the yellow wire, and the yellow wire hooked up to the green wire. Is this something that could cause this problem, and if it is, how should I go about disconnecting and reconnecting the wires?

Hi I bought my hover board one week back but there is problem with it, when I start that it's shows me red light I reset the setting also but it starts for ones and again it's shows me red light, can you pleas help me out for it.

Hello, hope you can help me fault find my problem. I’ve changed out the gyro on my hover board and tested each corner with the blue lights which are working. The problem is that it beeps and turns on and the green lights in the centre flash up then disappear. It does not go into calibration mode only when I apply pressure do I see the blue light come on but no movement.
I have smart balance 10 inches wheel smartboard. And the problem is like one wheel is working faster. When I turn right it turns fast and when I turn left it is very slow. Hi my hover board turns off by it self if you drive back and forward quickly or once I have been driving slightly uphill and it turned off as well than it just doesn’t want to turn back on but if I plug it in to the charger it turns back on and drive just fine is it something like battery management system or something ? My board works just fine except it seems that when I ride it the left blue LED light doesn't light up even half as brightly as the right LED light... Is this an issue with the internal workings or is one of the lights just blown or something? Please help!

I just got a hover board and it worked fine. It was a hands free smart board x2 from swagtron. I works great but it doesn't charge like the others have posted below. When I plug in the charger the red light on the charger turns to green right away and the board just doesn't charge. I know that the charger light should be red when charging. The charging port is plugged in to the mother board. Would the board be defected or would you guess it would be the charger?
I'm hoping you can help. My son purchased a Hoverboard and got 2 days of use from it.
The symptoms are... The unit red error light comes on. I have tried to recalibrate it and get same error light. The blue LED light stays on on the right side. The same side wheel has more resistance then the other. I remove the cover and the logic board light seems to blink constantly with no pause in between. I have checked all the wires to verify there is no loose connection.
Trying to figure out if I need new Gyro boards, a logic board or a need wheel/motor.

So I just got my hoverboard yesterday and now it won't turn off. When I go to press the on/off button it beeps and nothing Happens. The battery light is always on. After a couple of hours the light turned red so I put it to charge and now it won't stop beeping I opened up the board disconnected the battery but it's still keeps on beeping. Please help!!!!!!!!

I just bought a 10 inch bluetooth hoverboard it's working perfectly fine but i opened it, just to make sure everything inside it's ok, but my only concern it's that the color wires for me don't seem to be connected right because they are not connected with the same matching color for example the green is connected to the blue and the yellow is connected to a different color. So should i reconnect all the wires to the same matching colors and if yes will my board still work fine please let me know asap so i can fix this if this could be a problem if it is a problem.
