If the Forrester had went to court over Belief they would of loss big time. Brooke was not an employee at the time she "stumbled' on the formula. And since Eric had told her she could keep all her assets Brooke would of went to the bank.
Almost as sweet as when Brooke had Shelia Carter throw Stephanie out of her office. And Stephanie's words were "over my dead body!" And Sheila's comeback was "anyway you like it Stephanie, Anyway you like it". Next Scene was Stephanie out of Brooke's office.
