*TAYLOR vs BROOKE* This Taylor/Brooke scene is so telling about the differences between them. Taylor is married to Ridge and yet she still felt confident putting a choice to him because she correctly perceived he has unresolved feelings and she's pledging to abide by his decision either way. It's giving STRENGTH and REALISM and INTEGRITY. Conversely Brooke is not married to Ridge and has been rejected by him several times, she incorrectly believes he doesn't also love Taylor, and we know she won't abide by his decision. She projects WEAKNESS and DELUSION and UNSCRUPULOUSNESS. I just love how back then the archetypes and contrasts were clearer between these women (and other characters as well). The further away we get from the Bill Bell era, the less distinct the characters will be and the show will suffer for it.
I don't know why Taylor is even asking Brooke this at this point. I mean it is Brooke. Whatever is Ridge's decision wouldn't change Brooke's behaviour in the long term
I wouldn’t either. Ridge obviously loves Brooke more than Taylor. You can see it every time they’re together. No matter who he chooses, he STILL loves Brooke more and always will. Brooke should always try every trick she has to get her man back.
It's a good thing that it's Taylor and not Sheila having this conversation, because Sheila would have just pushed Brooke off of the balcony and said "I win" lol😈
Watching Brooke trying not to commit to respecting Ridge's decision is like playing rock, paper, scissors with someone who keeps losing then keeps insisting on more rounds ("no, I meant best out of 3! I mean, 5! 10! Just kidding, best out of 20!")
This is a rare human scene between Taylor and Brooke. It starts with both being sure of themselves and demanding things of each other and it ends with both showing their vulnerability. They almost seemed like actually understanding each other. Indeed rare scene. What I read that is happening between them currently in 2022-23 could have started right then.
And the part she doesn't speak out loud is "do you know how many times I could have seduced Ridge in the last 6 months, if he had given in to my incessant attempts to seduce him for the last 6 months?"
Eric feels sympathy for Brooke having to raise his son and his son’s daughter alone, but fails to point out she made her own bed when she decided to cheat on Eric with his own son. I don’t get how Eric STILL can defend Brooke after what she did to him.
when was Brooke almost married RIdge twice? I only remember once (before her miscarriage)...or does she count her day dream before her wedding to Eric? and hoping he would stop the wedding and actually marrying her himself
It's true Taylor hasn't the history of Brooke and Ridge.. But they didn't have the fairy tale she keeps telling us too. If we have to compare the two relationships the quality, the time he spent with Taylor, wins to the quantity.
Eric should take sole responsibility for this mess. He handed the keys to the kingdom to Brooke the day he brought her to the lab he created for her to give her something to do. He should have just gave her a lil desk, crayons and a coloring book, like most daddy’s do on bring your child to work day.
Logan vs. Forrester. The thing that gives Brooke a viable claim is the Forresters ripped off her intellectual property when she was not so much as on salary. She is entitled to compensation. They can not have her sign a contract with compensating her. It is a contract after all. A quid pro quo in which both parties gain a benefit. They spend a lot of time bemoaning the fact Brooke won't just give away her formula without compensation If it's worth millions, a cool million would not be unreasonable in light of the fact they will gain many, many millions in its use. Never watched back on the day but this is a well developed storyline revealing the lack of ethics and integrity of the Forresters against "a little valley girl" they considered inferior. Stephanie has always treated her unworthy to marry Ridge, though she allowed her son to use the little valley girl for sexual favors as long as marriage wasn't part of the equation. Interesting and true to life.
Eric: I can't believe that Ridge would leave his wife. (for Brooke)I can't believe that. 🤣 Stephanie: Why not? You did it. You left your wife for her. Who better than you knows exactly how Brooke operates. 🤣 I had to laugh about Eric's words, but I also had to laugh about Stephanie's. Taylor's and Stephanie's marriage aren't that comparable. Unlike Eric, Ridge had not been ready to walk out on Taylor for someone else other than Brooke, had not become tired of his marriage yet. Brooke didn't have to fight for Eric, didn't have to seduce him away from his wife.
@@trinit2108 If Stephanie had not added that "You know how Brooke operates", I would have just taken as a reminder that Eric had willingly left his wife for Brooke. But Stephanie's words about Brooke's methods didn't make that much sense, because unlike with Ridge, Eric had been the one pushing for that marriage, while a pregnant Brooke even had planned to get an abortion without telling Eric about her pregnancy. Eric so willingly walked out of his marriage to Stephanie, when his pregnant fiance even had needed more soul-searching if she wanted them to get married (after Caroline's death). Here Stephanie is again putting the blame more on Brooke than Eric.

Taylor is using her smart mind here. She takes as a possibility that Ridge would choose Bridget plus Brooke. She is not hiding behind disillusion. Brooke doesn't take any possibility other that Ridge and her as destiny. Brooke talking about Ridge wasting his time with Taylor shows how she doesn't understand Ridge's feeling for Taylor.
If Eric focused more on the day to day running of his business and not messing around with Brooke/Sheila he wouldn’t be in this situation of loosing Belief.
Eric logic implies that Brooke has some claims to rigde because of their history. Doesn't mean that stephanie has claims to Eric because of their 30 years history. I love Conner! Why did Brooke still want Ridge. I hate women begging for men. Caroline, Brooke & Taylor deserved better!
I thought they ALL deserved better - any woman would deserve better than sharing a man or having to suffer from Ridge's antics - BUT at the same time they ALL got what they had chosen for themselves.
None of them ever got married to Ridge without knowing exactly who they had married and what they had married into.
@@mara4450 exactly!!
@@mara4450 All the women in this show comes off as desperate, Macy/ Thorn/ Mick, Stephanie/Eric, Sally/ Clarke and the list goes on
Woooooow what a dramatic ending. Both woman: kick ridge out of your lives!!!
This is why Brooke got on my nerves…she thinks her truth is the only truth to considered!!! She like a broken down record, stupidly confident, and smug!!!
Why would Ridge have to choose between Taylor and Brooke anyway out of sudden?
I mean, he’s already married FFS.
What is there to choose from?
Ask Ridge
Hi Angel we've been missing you
@@tiroyaonejustinphologolo9763 hey! I’ve missed some episodes the last 3 weeks and I’m catching you guys up :)
@@angelscorpio5485 okay, it's good to know you are alright. I hope you'll be all caught up soon. The show has been so boring, but your girl Sheila is about to get busy
@@tiroyaonejustinphologolo9763 yes, thankfully 😅
The big difference between Brooke and Taylor:
Taylor = class
Brooke= no class
True👏👏
You're so right about that
Brooke has an obsession with Ridge. That definitely doesn’t mean love?!!! 😢😢😢
really kooking forward for next week episodes
Connor is wearing a suit!!!
I love How Bill Bell had Brooke so to speak get to "Hook up " With Conner Just like the same way that He had Jill Foster Abbott "Hook up" With her Attorney Michael Crawford on The Young and the restless back in the day !!
3:13 indeed, thank 🤣🌍😂😊👍🙈😸😹 you.
Why would a supposed to be psychiatrist go beg a woman not to go after her husband? I have no respect for Taylor.
Exactly this scene seems a bit low, these women has been at it son many times its sickening...Taylor said she would accept Ridge decision no need to see Brooke wait until Ridge makes his decision
I am glad that the Forresters got bit back by Brooke after their dirty work even though she’ll eventually give everything back to them when all they had to do was be honest with her.
If Brooke did not have a prenup with Eric wouldnt she be getting half of Eric's half of Forster creations?
It seems like she wasn't interested which makes us Brooke fans to say she is not a gold 🪙 digger
Brooke seems so sure of herself that Ridge will choose her and in the up coming episode who in their right mind signs DOCUMENTS without reading them first BROOKE LOGAN that's who
DON'T SIGN BROOKE !
No Brooke this is not the final act this is the first of many acts between you Taylor and Ridge unfortunately.
I can smell the desperation through my screen 👃!! Ridge shouldn't have a choice to make. These two beautiful, accomplished and 30+ women are Pick Mes....it ain't right.
Ridge is the problem here with the Brooke / Taylor Ridge triangle.
If Ridge honoured his wedding vowels to Taylor Brooke shouldn’t matter….he could be surrounded by 10 Brooke’s Ridge has to be the one to with stand Brooke and to stay committed to Taylor and not mess around.
Stephanie Forrester direct and to the point
Even tho it happens, why does Eric think, he will lose FC? Why dont they just buy BeLieF from Brooke??
They don't have the money to buy it.
@@marn25 well he just spent 3 million cash on a home!
I am sure they can get loans.
I bet if they were honest with Brooke, they could of bought it for a cool million.
@@bonniek5331 They can't get loans because they already got some to finance BELIEF.
If they were honest with Brooke, they could have gotten it for free. You will see soon that Brooke will forgive them and sit down to sign away her rights for free, no money no stock asked. Until she gets some more information about their deceit. Then she will nail them,
@@marn25 I remember!! If only they especially Stephanie, Eric, treated Brooke with dignity, been nice to her, sat her down and explained all.
I remember after Brooke signs paper, Steph goes to Brooke's condo and laughs in her face, puts her down. A reason Brooke decides to take over bc of Stephanie!
@@bonniek5331 And you know even after Stephanie's visit and Brooke's initial anger, she was still willing to give them her formula.
brook is cruel Who does Ridge choose
It be funny if Ridge returned with someone he fell in love with in Europe lol 😂 But I doubt that's what will happen. It be better though, he would be better off without Taylor or Brooke. Neither Taylor nor Brooke should be with him. He's not worth it.
I have seen the scene many times at forrester creating when brioke meets with the forresters about belief. When she finds out how they used and manipulated her. But this is the first time seeing the backstory
The forresters 100% deserved to loose it all.
She was going to be generous
Even after all they did to her.
Then Steve walks in.
And it all clicks and she takes her 51 %
They all deserved it. Ridge, eric, stephanie.
Go. Brooke. Go

Connor Davis or Dominic Marone ? Who Ridge despises the most ?
We all can say Brooke is delusional all we would like, but most of what she says here turns out to be correct.
TRidge >>> BRidge
Connor looks nice in a suit
Love and being in love are two different things in my country. Love αγάπη and being/ having fallen in love έρως/έρωτας . It is possible that Ridge loves Taylor but has fallen in love with Brooke and still is.
I think the only person who listens to voices in her head is Brooke and Taylor. She lives in the fairytale world.
Come on Taylor, if you trust your husband like you said you did, then you don't have to worry about Brook, I don't think you feel secure in your marriage and in your husband. You forgot you are a DR and your profession is. You feel insecure.
