- After reconciling at Big Bear, Stephanie and Eric get into an argument over Ridge taking over Forrester. When Stephanie realises Eric is not going to support Ridge, she blows up before walking out on him.

Stephanie always had more BACKBONE then Eric Forrester ever had.
I always thought Eric was a complete idiot when it came to what "FAMILY" actually stands for. He certainly has no integrity or morals.

FC is Ridge's birthright! He is Stephanie first born son & her father put the $ up for the company. And as usual Eric just gives in and tries to play nice. i really loved Stephanie character back then she was a boss lol
But he wasn't Eric's son and the fact that Eric accepted him after being lied to for 50 yrs says alot about Eric.
Actually Stephanie & Eric played each other. Stephanie passed on ridge to Eric which wasn’t his and Eric head those documents about Stephanie really owning FC 🤷🏽♂️ they lied to each other from day 1 but Eric hidden that info first before Stephanie did what she did when she had ridge.

This is so true. People act like this is some sort of regal structure. These people are not a monarchy. They don’t have to hand it to the firstborn son. But if they did, Stephanie has as much as right as Eric to decide who gets FC. And by the sounds of this conversation, she’s the only one that actually gives a crap about her kids & their legacy. Eric is a twat!

Eric didn't take actions in court, because he's not the owner and he don't want Stephanie to know she's the owner of Forrester Creations and the company is Ridge's birthrights cause his mother father Mr. John Douglas is the founder of Forrester Creations and Eric Forrester Sr, have always been his wife lead designer.

I remember this year and I couldn't miss a show. Stephanie was at her best and was freaking hilarious every show. She was the only one that made any dank sense. I kept waiting for her to just blow everyone the fuck away to avoid listening to there stupidity
Eric has to be the most idiotic character on this show. The boneheaded decisions and dialogue are ridiculous it’s amazing how he came this far! lol
I feel bad for John McCook having to recite dialogue like this. I’m sure that he just cringes when he receives scripts like these.
In an interview, John McCook said that "he loved Eric but he's as dumb as a rock" = that says everything about Eric Forrester :p

I'd like to see Rick come back on the show. He would be in his thirties mid thirties. I'd like to see Bridget get back with Deacon. After all this time they have both matured and grown but Deacon is a bit shady. He's always loved Brooke.
Well this is only fair Ridge is not even Eric’s son .And love or hate Rick is Eric’s legitimate son. It would be wrong for Stephanie to think otherwise. And Eric needs to be there for Rick.
But it’s also Stephanie’s father who gave them the money

Oldestboy21 this is definitely after we (the audience), Stephanie, and Massimo found out. Sally finds out around this time (through Massimo) and briefly blackmails Steph. It then lies dormant until the Italy trip in late 2002/early 2003 when Bridget finds out. It all comes to light in the spring of 2003 with Brooke and Eric finding out.
This is before. It wasn’t discovered that Ridge wasn’t Eric’s child until after Taylor “died” in late 2002/2003. This is more about Rick wanting to be CEO. I’m pretty sure which doesn’t know Massimo is this father yet.

No matter how many times you and the other anti-Stephanie-(Ridge/Taylor/Steffy/Thomas) Brooke fans say it you'll never be right. FC IS Ridge's birthright, he gets it from his mother. Eric is NOT a self-made man; he didn't build that company alone. Stephanie's money, Stephanie's connections, Stephanie's business savvy built FC into a powerhouse. And don't give me this talk about Eric's designs. Brilliant designers are a dime a dozen; the world is filled with them and most will never be known because they don't have access to the capital or the connections. And, FYI legally Ridge IS Eric's son. He was born during their marriage and Eric, even upon learning the truth, has never moved to petition the court to be removed as Ridge's father. Eric wouldn't even have that company if it wasn't for Steffy.
Ridge is much of a Forrester as I am. And if Ridge is Legally Eric's son, that mean Steffy legally screwed her uncle. .. So let that argument go.
