Thank you very much. All incluse included food and drinks, and some of the non powered water sports. The shuttle we took wasnt free because we went with a big group. We flew into the Cancun International Airport. It was a bout a 50-55 minute ride. But the hotel is close to the Xelha park if thats in your plans

You mentioned that the complex was very large, we have stayed down the road at the Grand Bahia where they run golf cart buses which you can hop on and off to get around the resort easily. Do they offer anything like this here? Also what time of year was your vacation as it didn't look crowded? Many thanks
Thanks, there were golf carts but I wouldnt say they are easy to catch. You have to call, but we had elderly guest that used them. I think that vacation was in July. I was not crowded at all
Thank you so much for watching! So each of the resorts has a different options of entertainment and different times of the year. We didn't see a foam party at the Grand Palladium Riviera Maya or the Grand Palladium Jamaica, but they do change the entertainment a lot, I do think your twins would enjoy it. Since this resorts is basically 4 hotels in one and you can eat and swim at the others pools.
I believe they do, but since our daughter was 4 at the time we just opted for the pull out bed. We thought they were good, we have a video on our channel that’s just a room tour.

I cant remember what I was wearing when we went to the Brazilian steakhouse, it may have been pants. Or we just decided to dress up. Ha that is perfect! Kennedy loved it, just be aware that all you are going to here is Mexico until you go somewhere else lol. They generally had things toddlers like to eat (chicken nuggets, etc). Kennedy ate at pretty much all of the restaurants.
Hi we went for 4 nights. We did not exchange money as we stayed mostly on the resort until we went on the excursions. We paid for the excursions via CC at the hotel. On the excursion most people accepted USD
Downloaded the app and able to pull up and view all the restaurants, hours, and menus but not seeing an option to book reservations- could you explain how to book reservations on the app?
Hi, we made our dinner reservations on our first day there at the reservations desk in the lobby. The app looks a little different now than when we were there. So, it's best to ask someone who works at the resort.

Congrats you will have a great time. Unfortunately we only made this one and another one specifically for the room. I will say that its all inclusive so all of your food and drinks are free. They had free nightly entertainment as well. They have some water sports but honestly were not doable due to the sargassum. The excursions are all for pay, and I believe some of the top notch foods like lobsters on certain days.
I thought the sargassum was there between July and October? When did u go? I’m a big beach person. The resort looks great but I take vacations for the beach. Now I’m worried. Lol
Same we take vacations for the beach and were really bummed out, it was soo bad. We went about the 3rd week of July 2021. They tried so hard to clean it up, but it just is too much to manage.

I've been to this resort 3 times in my life and want to go again. They have all been Dec-April trips. My last trip was 2017. This is my favorite resort. I have never seen the water thst bad it's always been pristine when I have been there.
You know we actually didn't get in to see coral, there was too much sargasm on the beach to get in the water, but I have read that it goes away in the winter months. So it might look different now
Hello... I see that you have been to both Grand Palladium White Sand and Jamaica. Which did you enjoy better? I am looking at traveling in March 2024 with my wife and 4 kids (13, 10, 10 and 8) and my brother and his family 3 kids (16, 14 and 9). Any feedback would be much appreciated!
I would say it really depends on what you are doing overall. I think the Jamaica has the better resort but White Sands might have the better excursions for the kids. Jamaica you can do Dunn's River, Ricks Cafe, etc but White Sands you can do to the Cenotes and Xcaret Parks which kids might enjoy more. Both both are great resorts. The major thing is sargasumm and if the areas will be affected that will stop you from getting on the beach.

Your welcome, we have videos of our excursions for both Jamaica and Mexico. The catamaran might be a good family trip , we did that in Jamaica. For Mexico we did Xcaret water park, bus pick up and drop off from hotel, included a meal while at the water park. We had sargassum in Mexico in July, some ppl don’t mind, but we didn’t like that sea weed itchy feeling and it made getting in the beach not a priority. No sargassum in Jamaica, there beach was crystal clear
We did not but I highly suggest you do before you arrive , at the latest checkin. Most of the good times where booked. Another thing to look at is if you want to do excursions, some of them like Chichen Itza are all day trips from this resort.
