Grand Palladium White Sand - Where are the Beachside and Gardenview villas?

This is an exceptional video. I have been watching tons of these on a variety of resorts in Cancun and Riviera Maya for my wife's and my anniversary next year. You've give a wonderful overview, the photography is well done, and I feel like I can make a good choice on where to stay on this property if we choose Grand Palladium.
1) Can you explain what is available across the four properties (TRS Yucatan, White Sands, Colonial, and Kantenah) if you stay in one? Pools, ala carte restaurants, etc.
2) If adult only is not an option, which is the most "refined" of the other three properties.
3) What is your impression of the food quality?

Stairs only to the 2nd and 3rd floors.

This is a great video - one question, how is the walk back to the rooms in the dark?

I don't remember any of the paths being too dark. There were lights along some places.
