- The film follows the progress of a search for a new cave in South Wales. 10 cavers excavate a shaft that leads to spectacular passages with beautiful formations. The process of discovery is filmed day by day and shows the difficulties of loose boulders and decision-making on where to dig .
I feel compelled to comment about how I find it absolutely wonderful that not only are there still unexplored places here on planet Earth, but that ordinary people can discover them with guts and determination. Granted, I can't imagine myself being as adventurous and brave as the fine folks in this video, so I appreciate that I can follow this incredible journey of discovery in the comfort of my home!

Nice video I appreciate it very much. For some reason the editing only allowed each shot to last about 2-3 seconds which was a little bit jarring. Also I’m wondering was this really a cave? Or was it moreso that you mined out a path in a porous area
So fun to watch, but it looks so uncomfortable. Cold, cramped, wet, caked in mud from head to toe, banged up and bruised from rocks, sore muscles from contorting your body to fit into small awkward places. Not to mention the anxiety from realizing there is a non-zero probability the whole place will come collapsing down on you if you remove the wrong stone from the Jenga stack surrounding you.
Yes that about sums it up! Thanks and great you got into the 'experience' so correctly!
