Hello Dr David (it doesn’t seem right to call you David so Dr David seems better I think🧐) There’s a question I’d like you to ask please? I’m so pleased you addressed these weather topics: I don’t like the heat so I’m really pleased we don’t live in Connecticut. We live in the Northern Hemisphere, the UK, in fact, England, so compared with Connecticut we’re very fortunate. With Climate Change, when (if 😢) we get summer the temperature for a relatively short time can reach up to 34c!😮For that short time it can play havoc with my breathing, so my husband and I stay indoors. On the other hand, if it gets cold and especially if it’s windy, that too is enough to bring on an exacerbation! So knowing both affect me, and now due to your excellent video, also pressure and the UV will affect me in similar ways. I much appreciate your very informative video…excellent. A question please: I have a “Breather”, but I don’t think I’m using it correctly, could you kindly explain just how it’s used to get the best benefit? Very many thanks indeed. 🙏

You’re very welcome, I’m so glad you enjoyed it! The literature varies on effectiveness of using high doses of Vitamin D for asthma as well as other conditions. I would suggest talking to your Doctor as well as your Pharmacist and Nutritionist. Please let me know their general consensus, I’m always up for learning something new 😊

I love your videos! Very informative for so many people! I am stage 4 with emphysema. Thanks, David!
Thank you for your kind words and you’re very welcome! If I can help you, please let me know 😊
Thank you for confirming what I thought was the case about humidity, ozone and barometric pressure and the effects on breathing.
You’re very welcome 😊

Thanks for making this video. Does high doses of vitamin D help with asthma? Would the sun be better than a supplement?
