I've have a collection of vices a Peak , Stonfo transformer and Traveler 2200 and the one I use 24/7 is the Renzetti . In my humble opinion it's the best hook holder out of the three absolutely love it . I'm saving up for another Renzetti haven't decided which one yet.
HMH TRV is an incredible piece of equipment. HMH Standard vise is also quite nice. Renzetti is a different animal a masterpiece in design as well. Really tough to choose. Thanks for pointing out HMH
I think you are way off. The traveler is a vice that will let you tie anything. I’ve owned the traveler for 3 years and countless flies later it still works as well as day one. The BS that it’s some throw away starter vise is just that BS.
Thanks for the review! On the traveler or the presentation, does the rotary shaft wobble at all? I have a reputable vice manufacturer but the shaft does wobble and it just seems to annoy me that the tolerances are not tighter. Thanks!
Tyler, the shafts on the Renzetti vises are very steady. The Traveler being aluminum will wear over time BUT, I used my first Traveler for almost 20 years before it wore enough to have any noticable wobble.
Thanks for the comparison! I think the Presentation sounds like a great option for me to upgrade to. I appreciate your help!

Great informative comparison thank you
Great video, very informative!
I wouldn't buy a Cadillac for sure but I might consider this vice although I do like the HMH vices a lot over any other vice

Its simple, the Traveler is a starter vise and the Presentation is for the much more serious tyer.
