Theseus, easily one of my favorite heroes. It's worth noting that his son, Demophon, is also deserving of respect. With Poseidon's blood from his father and Zeus' blood from his mother, he's arguably from the most prestigious lineage of Greek heroes, and he participated heroically in the Trojan war, fighting alongside Odysseus in the Trojan Horse and helping in the rescue of Helen. He also eventually took the throne of Athens back from Menestheus, putting Theseus' bloodline back under the Athenian crown.
That's a twist - I had never heard of Theseus being the son of Aethra, Aegeus and Posiedon. That essentially makes Theseus a demi-god like Heracles and Perseus, for example - and I have never come across this being mentioned. Always thought that it was a shame Medea ended up pretty much exiled from Aegeus's court, after all she herself had suffered, but even her time with Jason and the Argonauts was marked with some dark deeds. The amount of tragedy which followed Theseus - symptomatic of quite a few of the Greek mythical heroes, e.g. Heracles, Jason, Bellorophon, etc.
Hello, don't be tired. I apologize, I had a question; Your channel has reached the limit of monetization; Did UA-cam accept your content for monetization??
To sum up... Wanting to relive his glory days of youth, he tarnished his name for generations due to his recklessness and threw the kingdom he swore to protect, into chaos. Yup. Common hermatia. Also... Young woman don't make you young. Selfishly acting on that assumption brings destruction to everyone involved.
I am so tired of most depictions of ancient Greeks showing them dressed as classical Greeks. Theseus' tales take place during the bronze age of Greece so the attire of the people should look appropriate for that time period.

Theseus needs his own movie. Herc, Perseus & Achilles all have one then so should my boy.
What about Immortals 2011 with Henry Cavill tho? I’ve watched it before lol
@@luvhyunah Theseus in it? If so cool, but I want the story to revolve around him and his adventures
@@AceMcSch00lyYeah, he is the main protagonist
