That was awesome. I haven’t tried leading an elk to the den before lol, its so funny how competitors/predators want to eat it and your pups too. Crazy how low your health got sometimes but it seems like its worth the risk
Played this an hour ago, made it to 25 pounds with 6 pups, haven’t lost one YET. Before I went to the rendezvous site two pups (the runt and another one) got sick back to back both happening during different attacks. One got sick during a stranger wolf attack, another got sick right after the other got better during a grizzly attack. Not the best time. Also, I always name the wolves that attack my den so I can find them next time / during territory and kill them
What coats are Chérie & Nirviki? They’re both so beautiful! also I love these vids! Your commentary is hilarious and I can’t wait for more content on the Saga 🤗
Chérie is 965M Brad Pitt coat from the Gorgeous Grays column. Nirviki is 832F '06 from the Hall of Fame coats. The diversity ended up being three stars. :)
Challenge Idea: Kill a pup (Yes, the title is as harsh as the challege is) You cant move dens if the fleas are too high (unless the game forces you; doesnt apply to rendiv. sight) If a pup wanders out of the den during a hunt, your goal is to get it killed If a bear attacks and carries your pup away, you cant try to save your pup If your pup wanders off (like when the game says, "Missing Pup") you can't look for your pup Regardless if the pups are old enough, you can only feed them regurgitate ( when their older, feed them whatever if they make it that far) I think this is all. Happy playing! 😊
Well in the saga when the pups get too old you lose the ability to regurgitate altogether, so in the saga this is impossible. But in just the regular game this sounds like a good challenge, but I never have the heart to kill the puppies
The saga is honestly very fun but sickness has become a real pain, I’ve never had so many die from it, I’ve got about 3 generations going with the saga out (an one from before the sage released) and ive lost at least 1 from each litter to sickness, an this is all on easy mode! 😟 (also if anyone knows how to do the play run PLEASE tell me I can’t figure it out)
How often do you sleep while a pup is sick and how much time do you spend with the pup? I usually chill with the pups until it says there’s nothing I can do for them and then go to sleep if I have to, I stay awake as long as I can and I haven’t had a pup die once from disease on challenging To do the chase thing you tap b once, then play bow (it has a special animation), then run away and some of your family should follow you while a different soundtrack plays
I honestly wasn't expecting a video with the saga tbh! But I'm very glad, you still are such a champ even though saga is a little different afterwards 😂❤️ Can someone give me some tips on where the best places to find elk are? Cause with my wolf Luna, I decided to settle around the little bute and first meadow area, in SC, but I can't find any elk! Not even a mule deer... NOT EVEN MOOSE😭 I'm kinda worried that the pups(and my mate) are gonna suffer from starvation tbh... Which isn't ideal for especially playing on challenging :,D Also, even though I'm playing on challenging... The stranger wolves are somehow worse with Luna than with my other 2 wolves(who are also playing on challenging) For example, there was a hex invasion and there were two wolves, the Crevice lake leader and a subordinate. Usually I'm able to chase away two wolves by myself very well! But for some reason I had to let them chase me all the way to the crevice pond cause I was about to die and needed some water to save my life, cause in NO WAY am I gonna let crevice lake think they have won! I'm not sure if it was because of the stats I chose for Luna(I chose -2 strength, +1 stamina, +1 speed, and 0 health) which I normally choose health and strength, so I wonder if that's why cause having extra health(including strength) makes you stronger and your health can last longer! I'm such a yapatron XD, but just something I wanted to talk about Ig :3
i think in spring and winter elk herds migrate lower down whereas in summer and fall they might be higher up? I’m still trying to figure this out myself. I wish they have a guide for migration in game help, it would help a lot.
@@anorphan5711 me too! A guide for elk herds migration would be so helpful! The den I chose is very far south, but it's also very much in a secluded area and is more west than east. So far, Luna made it to the summer time challenge when the pups are 15 pounds and they all survived so far! I honestly think the babies saved the pup's lives lol It's kinda hard though, because since I can't find a lot of prey in the area that I chose I have to search farther away and Luna's mate is always at low hunger too, so I don't want him starving and have him come with me. But since I have to travel so far away the affinity drops a lot and then I have to come back to the den site empty handed :,) It might get easier once Luna has more wolves though, besides the hunting part lol
@@reneedittmer9625 It eventually gets easier for when coyotes attack pups. I’ve been playing as one of my yearling dispersed pups and they are now 5. Finding food has also been tough but i’ve been figuring it out. Got a lot of mouths to feed and it gets pretty difficult. I definitely recommend scavenging as much as possible.
Majority of my wolves have bad strength and good speed because it helps me herd cow elk easier and I react faster to predator attacks. But otherwise I either have bad stamina or bad strength. Either of those don't really matter to me as much as health or speed..
Generally, I keep a large territory. But I'm used to any territory size. I usually go out marking when hexes reach around 60% maybe but I try not to mark the entire territory when I leave the site because then they will all drain at the same rate.. I think I keep around 30 hexes minimum.
this video taught me that there are definitely skilled wolfquest players and i am not one of them LOL
your not alone on this one 😭

The saga is awesome apart from a coyote killing ur whole litter- (that happened to me with the saga help)

In general, how do you handle territory in accurate? Do you keep a small/large territory, or don’t keep one at all?
