@@notanotherguitarchannel indeed, it is incredibly hard, and beautiful. That's not a bad idea by the way, a mortar and pestle. Thanks for watching man. Regards, Kevin.
G’day, thanks for sharing. Very heavy wood, why did you leave rim so thick for. You could have undercut it a bit to reduce the overall weight. Yes I agree ironbark is great turning wood and oh the Georgia’s red colour of heart wood. I liked the fact that you used a little epoxy to seal cracks and voids. I’ve used epoxy for same reason. Blue colour goes really well with iron ark as well. Good finish well done.
Hello Greg. Thanks mate. Appreciate you watching. Yeah, I did leave it a bit thick. It was a wedding present for some friends, and they wanted a really heavy bowl that they could chuck stuff in and eventually have a battered looking patina on it. I've done an iron bark container with a blue coloured epoxy and it does look awesome. Thanks again Bud. Regards, Kevin.
Excelent. Look fwd to the next vid.👍
Thank you Deno. Appreciate it mate.
Absolutely beautiful workmanship!
Thankyou Leisongi. I really appreciate your comment and for watching. Regards, Kevin.
Nice work Kevin, beautiful! Hope things are well and it looks like you've found a new carreer eh 😎
Hey Rick, thanks mate. Things are good here. Yeah, wish it was full time eh. Thanks for watching, talk soon brother. 😎
Beautiful. You could probably make a mortar and pestle out of ironbark it's so hard and heavy.

Hey Steve. Thanks for watching man. Yeah, hard to believe but it really is that dense. I'm surprised it isn't bullet proof.
