I just started framing out my face by bringing it toward my forehead. I don’t blow dry my hair and use grease on it.
If I don't stretch my hair before twists, they look a mess the next day. 😄 You definitely have the right idea with the grease and framing your face!

Love the hair style, will try it on my hair. I have the same hair texture. I have some thinning and breakage, from taking my braids down wrong. I will follow your directions and taking down my braids. Like how you explains in detail about good hair care, and growth. I have gray hair, what's your opinions and tips on color hair raises?
When it comes to hair color in general, I recommend only using a rinse/hair stain if you already have hair issues like breakage and thinning.
I have sickle cell trait and am very often in an iron deficit resulting in hair breakage, and when I colored my hair, the breakage just got worse 😩.
My mom uses a jet-black rinse to get rid of her grays, and at 58, her hair is flourishing. 🤗

No, I don't. I have a few grays in there. I just leave them 😄
I always love mini twists on others! My concern is taking them down if the hair is not really dense. Are your twists hard to take down?!
If you plan on leaving them in longer than 4 weeks, they are slightly harder to take down. Using hair milk or some sort of detangler really helps to relax the curl pattern and make things easier. This is another good reason to keep your hair in a stretched state throughout the hairstyle 😊

I'd say 2 weeks, but honestly, they get better over time, especially when you do them small.

That's a tough one. I would probably just style them once they shrink up. Once I start going back to the gym, this is likely what I will have to do as well. 😭
