Railway Minister should stop 1 month salary to all the zonal employees pertaining to that division.
To understand its seriousness.
The salary should be credited to Victims bank account
May be only higher officials salary for 1 year except ground level staff with less than Rs.30,000 salary.. Most of the managers so called authorities are making more mistakes these days.
My father gave 1 month salary to Bhuj Earthquake relief Funds as compulsory collection from railways. That month we ate only rasam rice, curd and some day chapati 1-2

Yet we are required to “donate” money when tragedy arises, yet ministers can loot 150,000 crores? We act like our country doesn’t have money to give to these people. If anything, higher ups and authorities need to take the blame (including the ministers) not the common worker who will not survive another month without a salary. This just feels like some late stage capitalism bullshit. So I’d suggest not glamorizing or fetishizing it. :)
If your colleges are not performing well can we ask ur administration to stop ur salary? It's like that only. Think before you speak. What do you know about railways? Do you know how many departments there are in that particular division?? What's all each job ? In the balasore incident it's because of the signal and communication department. Also in that particular section many staff will perform different work. So u can't blame everyone in that department also. So don't speak like a mad person 😡

actually i consider this arrests as an act of scapegoat. Bcz each and every activity performed by a technician in signalling department will be monitored by JE/SSE, SSE, ADEN, DEN(Divisional engineer), Sr.DEN, DRM(Divisional railway manager),and many more. Any change in the system will be alerted to each headquarters team. Actually all the train movements will be monitored by headquarters. They have made these people a scapegoats, just to close the case as the elections in 4 states are at bay.

indian railways is capable of operating trains at a maximum of 120 kmph. when you look at the back side of each compartment it is clearly written as maximum 110kmph. Which means each compartment is desined fir 110 kmph. But the train engines pull upto 120 kmph it will take atleast 20 years for railways to operate at 160 kmph. Because railway is far behind in resources management. about 2 lakhs positions are vacant in railways till date.

I am also as a railway signalling engineer. The following point your missed
1) As a first when gate is open it’s shown free indication into the Sm panel ( green) , if it’s closed shown Red
2) as you said lc gate working control of sm master . So sm can decide when it will close and open ( sm inform to gate man that gate man will close the gates against road traffic)
3) Yes I agree this all are interconnected and control of signalling department. If any alternation to be done SSE, JE, technician take permission from sm then only then allow to work into live circuit.
5) After attend the any alternation works finally sm must be checked all signal , points, lc gate position it’s correct or not, if any doubts he can operate any signal and points also.
6) before receiving and dispatching any train this all thing should be ensured. I agreed and I am not support this people. They will be punished but my question is why sm not included in this list.
Finally founded these sabotages after following this case daily
To avoid any types of incidents due to carelessness, then should punish as per Annian rule. Then only each and everyone get fear of carelessness.
