I’m with you Danielle. I’ve been doing Sw, manage a week, then have a week or two off, and obviously getting nowhere. I need to be able to keep the momentum going, week after week after tedious week 😂 I see everyone around me getting the losses and I’m getting more gains than losses, and that needs to change. So hopefully this challenge will help me, I’m currently on day 2 so a little bit behind you

That protein powder flavour is my favourite so many uses for it. You can use it as a protein shake too. I use the milk as HEA and half the recommended amount of protein powder it tastes so good and keeps you full xxx

Hi rose! Once you’ve downloaded their app it’s really straightforward. You just weigh at home on a certain day (like you would at group) and you just mainly type it in your the app. Xxx
