    TLDR:
    1. To get your ideas to spread you must give people skin in the game so they feel better by peddling your agenda. Because people are jealous or motivated by self-interest.
    2. Dying also enables spread because your content is not being dictated by you anymore. You're now a martyred legend. Anyone can take your art/content and run with it, typically teams of people. Because people are jealous or motivated by self-interest.

      It's very hard to say. It really depends on what you need. One book that resonated with me was 'The Dip'. A very short one.

    Well, that is not the kind of doctor I would want to visit. The doctor from the authenticity example should definitely stop working with the sick

      The reality is that most health care providers have significantly more work than they can complete in a reasonable amount of time and many of them feel exhausted. If every one of them were to simply leave their job, the healthcare system in many countries would fail.
