Thank you Chenda for this pattern. I made this top. Unfortunately I made it too big as she mentioned her under bust to be 22 inches about 35cm. Mine is bigger even though I’m a tiny person too so I made it longer and now it’s way too big. I didn’t think that there needs to be a lot of space as the back closes with the straps behind. Bare in mind not to make it your actual under bust width but smaller. Let’s see if I find the motivation to start over.

I almost finished the main part 3 times, first time made it 10cm too big, second 10cm too small, and now i made it too big again. Im on the edge of a mental breakdown but I'm also too stubborn to abandon this project, so wish me luck this, the fourth, time :PP

She uses a strapless bra. When she turns around you can roughly see the transparent strap of her bra on her back.
P/s: not that I'm a perv or anything 😂 I realised it when I was observing how she does the back lace

Thanks so much for this tutorial! The design looks really pretty. Is it possible to make this without the lace up back? For example can I just make a solid back and it slips on instead?

because of certain proportions like shoulder width vs waist width, it would be a bit of an awkward fit unless you incorporate some type of elastic. you could try instead of lacing the back to make it a ribbed back? it still might be a little awkward but try experimenting and see if it works for you as an alternative :)
