What is that pipe (pvc, aluminum, etc.)? Are those balls on the ends? Diameter? You're the only one I've found thast shows those training javelins. Thanks so much for this info.
The basic concept is correct, but too much is focus is on the right leg action rather than the connection of a fast ''left to left'' action, with the turning/dropping of the right leg putting the block down as a part of the left to left. The action or effort off the last left should cover ground, like jumping across a puddle- Jordan doesn't cover more than a meter on the left in his throwing crossover, so the left recovery is slow and the right pivot is not as quick as it could be. Kimmo Kinnunen called this phase the ''cross jump and fly''.....he needs to improve his jump and fly to maximize the action of the right leg to improve block power generation.
@@ikontinaho it was his first day doing this, wasnt the main focus of this video or that day of practice. A lot of other things going on mentally with him that day.

Do you do the last crossing step different from Vetter on purpose?
Yes, my athlete is 5’10 not 6’4
How it affect? You get more speed in the end of throw by more active cross over jump
