La muralla de la ciudad amurallada de Carcasona es preciosa, impresionante; digna de ser reconocida como Partimonio de la Humanidad por la Unesco y por su apasionante historia como ciudad romana y cátara; su interior es muy bonito y cuidado, demasiado turístico, lo que desvirtúa un poco el ambiente, pero ya se sabe; eso si, la Ciudad Baja es pintoresca, pero no tiene nada de especial, excepto la catedral.

I visited a friend who's living there a month ago and I am absolutely mesmerised, fabulous place. A 'must' to visit and if you do book the "cocoa & grapes" guided tour with Brent, but make sure you've time for an afternoon nap afterward!!
