Carcassonne, a hilltop town in southern France’s Languedoc area, is famous for its medieval citadel, La Cité, with numerous watchtowers and double-walled fortifications. The first walls were built in Gallo-Roman times, with major additions made in the 13th and 14th centuries. Château Comtal, a 12th-century castle within the Cité, offers archaeological exhibits and a tour of the inner ramparts.

I visited Carcassonne a few years ago and it’s such a beautiful place. The atmosphere at night is incredibly special.

I was there, 25 years agieren. It was very nice. Very much soapshops there. The smell, the colours, the castle, the Landscape. We drive the Pyrenäs.

@@Wonderliv it would be an amazing place to live and work or just to go to dinner or out for entertainment at various venues and to even have a wedding. So many people in America would go to see that since most can't afford a vacation to Europe. I think it would be an amazing business venture, but the startup capital would be astronomical
