Yes you can see the rhythm with the "lines". When it's the same chords again, it's more transparent but they are there. :)

I use 2 setups, one is using wireless headphones directly from the PS3 and the other setup is using a Yamaha system. But never using HDMI for the sound. :)
Awesome! I had the first Rocksmith but sold it, but I want this one because of the great songs lol. I had like a 0,5 second delay with my tv and no external speakers, so that was the reason I sold my copy.

With the good audio setup, no problem. Using HDMI cable for the audio, yes there is latency. With headphones like in this video, it's perfect !

you can add lots of songs that the game doesn't includes on custom DLC's. I think PC or MAC are the best platforms to play it and add new songs, but you can do it also on PS3 or XBOX 360

It's both in my opinion but everything become easy when we know the songs. After 7 times trying the play that song, I already got more than 60% of the notes. A lot of great songs in this one.
When you start the game the first time, they ask you if you are left or right handed. :)
