Hey Courtney! Thanks for the great content - very informative! Quick questions here: a lot of new homes that my wife and I saw when we drove by the south shore only have 3 ft split rail fences (both in the back and between neighbors). Is that an HOA requirement in that neighborhood? Thanks!

Good morning. Yes, that is an HOA requirement. It seems that most new communities in the Denver area have decided to go the split rail fence route. It sure has become a trend. And not everyone is a fan of it. It definitely takes away from backyard privacy and can be a problem with dogs. They do allow you to put up the chicken wire along the fence to help with dogs.

Those are full sized beds. They look bigger because of the fluffy blankets but they are full.
