Hi Lisa, I'm here for your makeup videos. I saw your video the other day asking if we like to see makeup videos. I loved your analogy of cooking a big meal for a crowd and having only 2 show up. I've been uploading videos over the past year and I see the same thing. My clothing videos seem to have more traction. It's hard because makeup and hair is my profession but the internet is saturated with makeup videos. I love watching your videos mostly for your sweet personality but also for your insight into everything you do. Your energy is so positive and we can feel that. xo

I have been using the Lancôme foundation for at least 10 years. It’s the best! Very little setting powder is needed. It is definitely long wear. Lovely video!
Love all of your videos- can you do an eyeliner tutorial.. I used to be a pro at it until my eyes are sagging so it doesn’t come out right.. gel is horrible, pencil is ok but they quit making my favorite angled L’Oréal pen I’ve tried NYX one I didn’t care for it thank you❤

Hi Lisa, I enjoyed your video. I am going to work on getting my makeup done in 12 minutes. I also do my hair at night and I lay out my outfit before I go to bed. I also put out all the makeup I’m going to use on my makeup table. All of this saves me so much time in the morning and absolutely no stress.

Have you tried the Laura Mercier translucent powder in the shade Honey? I like it as it goes better with my tan, and I also use the coco spray on my face every night before bed. Love that stuff!

Great products Lisa. I am going to order the Pat McGrath for sure. Just wondering if you have tried the Loreal lash primer...on no-lash days. That plus the Maybelline Waterproof Falsies Lashlift Mascara (better than the Gucci Mascara imho and way way cheaper), and I rarely now wear a false lash. A good lash growth serum is my constant.

Lisa, thank you. I love all of your videos. I wanted to ask you about foundation I do not use it at all I have spent a bit of money and purchase some and I can not stand it. I am a minimalist make up person and most days I go without make up at all. I like a very light eye and mascara with a little blush. lipstick etc. I am 62 I have tried so much to use more make up but I just feel like it is not me. I am not comfortable with a lot of make up I actually think it makes me look older. I do use a pencil on my eye brow. I do not like false lashes and I have tried eye lash extensions but I feel so not myself. I wanted to ask you if you think that I just keep trying to work with foundation to see if I get use to it or do you think I am just not doing right? I am big on skin care everyday. I have everything from Chanel to Tom Ford etc.
I noticed many YT videos for mature women suggest not to waste the expensive foundation but add 1+ drops of a face oil to it & use a damp blender to apply ~ it's much more sheer coverage. It might be trial & error but eventually becomes a light coverage product. I hope it works
I also do not like a foundation everyday , so most days I use the L’Oréal tinted serum. It’s light and also buildable. It does give you nice coverage but it’s not heavy. That might be something you could try and see how you like it. It does not settle in my fine lines and also gives you a little glow.
As others mentioned, serums and skin tints will be your friends. The only foundation I’ll ever think about wearing now is tried and true Jane Iredale mineral pressed. The longer you have it on, the better your skin looks. Lately I’m a Seint girl. It’s cream makeup and I only need the tiniest bit. Good luck, don’t be afraid to ask for samples and try different combinations. And if you buy something and hate it, take it back! You’re never stuck with anything if it doesn’t work. 🩵🪷
I like your brows in this video looking more natural! Try the Tom ford though. Similar to Anastasia but actually a better deal cause they add a refill and better product

I’ve tried Coco tanning mist…it picked up my dark spots and ones I didn’t know I had!! Lol! So I gave it to my granddaughter.

🤗 Lisa new to your channel. I love watching your shopping trips, especially to Dallas (my home town by birth). Anyway, wanted to share with you a finishing spray. It's Clinique's Moisture Surgee. Absolutely, hands down the best in my opinion. It gives a beautiful dry down finish. As you know, they are a sister company to Estee Lauder. Also, a side note, I just started using Take The Day Off cleansing balm. It is the balm😂! I use this as a prequel to my actual cleanser. Actually, I've been using it first instead of Neutrogena.

So funny to me; I wore the original Tent Idole foundation for years upon years and the sales woman I always bought from told me I should wear the blush Meil Glace', and I did! I used up so many of those blushes. If it wasn't for my introduction to youtube makeup videos I would have never worn another color. Not only that, I would still have my one little makeup basket with all the makeup I wore for years and never changed much. Boy, what an eye opener and a wallet thinner it's been since youtube videos. It's been fun though and I'm not getting any younger so why not enjoy makeup while I can still wear it, lol. oxJulia

That’s the exact way I love my makeup best. If I have an event in the evening I will do my makeup during the day and just touch up in the evening. The best! And those mascaras 😍 my lash vibe!
