Somebody you dont know Thank you so much for the nice words! :)
My exchange semester in Norway was one of the best things I've done in my life so far, it's impossible to describe - or even show in a video - how many great experiences I've made.
So I hope for you that your exchange year will be the same for you - but I'm pretty sure anyway because Norway, and especially Telemark, is an amazing place to be.
      Good luck for your year!
I will do one or two more videos about the trips I did while I was there - I will let you know when they are online.

Superb video. Thanks for sharing. I am going to study Norwegian from August in Bø, I was wondering whether the snowboard footage was recorded in Bø, meaning that... is it possible to practice snowboard in the town? What other sports can be practiced? Did anyone lived in Breisas? Was the wifi connection fine? Thanks again, and best wishes wherever and whatever you are doing! ;)

This is a great video. Well done! Makes me want to go out and get a GoPro. I will be leaving in less than two months for my semester abroad in Bø iTelemark. This makes me even more excited to go there. Any advice or wisdom you can offer?

+notthetattooedlady Hey, thanks a lot for watching and those nice words! :)
As you might have noticed, I actually filmed the whole video with a GoPro (Hero 4 Silver), so I really do think it's the best (and cheapest) way to do stuff like that. After a few hours of filming basics (which angles should I use to get the best out of it; always keep the camera stable and stuff like that), you should be able to do a video like that (Y)
About exchange in Telemark: It depends on what you're looking for; In case you're looking for big city life, Bø wouldn't be the right choice Haha. But if you're looking for a very (!) nice university/college (including their staff) and high-level-education, for untouched landscapes, for an extremely open student-community (no matter if the local Norwegian-connection or other exchange students) and for loads of outdoor activities, then Bø is definitely the place to be. And of course it's also possible to do some partying there, so don't worry about that too much ;)
      Any further questions? :)

+Norbert H I know Bø is a small town. I'm excited for that experience. I'm ready to dive into Norwegian culture and ways of life. I want to try and make Norwegian friends and do as much there as I possibly can while still being successful in my studies.

Hi! Sorry for the late reply!
Yes, of course, you can use it for whatever you want to!
In case you do that, it might just be nice to let me know, so I can actually see what it's been used for :)

The town is called Bø i Telemark. It's a pretty small town with about 3000 - 5000 people, but a big part of them are students, so it doesn't get boring at all. And if you're a person who appreciates untouched nature around you, you'll like a lot there, that's for sure :)
