Hands down the absolute worst fight in WT. There's nothing fun about having to constantly stand at a distance doing nothing because his sword attack is impossible to interrupt.
You _are_ fighting the protagonist of Final Fight 2 Zoning is just your best choice at most points in the game or spamming command throws. Note that command throws interrupt his katana since they break armor.
Alot of the work is already done so I don't see why not. Hope that Maki would also be playable so we would have a full on Final Fight 2 reunion (just without Haggar sadly)
The others one I've seen so far was Retsu who has a unique model, and Carol (from captain commando). Unfortunately, Carol is a common create a fighter NPC and doesn't have anything unique about her fighting style.
I think it would leave a bad impression on long time fans if Carlos got his ass beat in a serious fight by some mute bozo. Just saying you're fighting the protagonist of Final Fight 2.
This dude and his slash attack was highly irritating

As an alternative, I found you can spam Down-Mid Kick with Dee Jays style and basically lock him in the corner.
Used all my potions in second fight and just gave up, really annoying

Just because a character is from another game doesn't mean you break him and make him a total drag to fight. I might just mod out that sword.
