I like his channel. He doesn't sugar coat the truth about living in Ghana...what to expect when you're american... true living conditions. It's not very pretty compared to what we are used to, but there are other attributes that are positive when ine takes into consideration when fully informed. And his spirit is real. Yes, through a computer-i can see he means well at all times. I like him.

    • @Yiriyah

I'm quite the realist. I was a Medical Transcriptionist for St. Joseph Hospital. I opted into their matches savings plan and worked nights while building my childcare establishment. I went from wasting money to saving once Yah revealed my purpose. I did not jump into my purpose, I asked for wisdom and planned. NEVER would've thought my gift was raising children! I went from an (not bad) hourly wage to six figures under 2 years. With one child who had continuous medical needs, I was afraid to quit the job because of the benefits, but I ended up making WAY more money and homeschooled my children. I now have a premed daughter who is a physician assistant and a certified welder.

Moved from America to "Arab" Africa 3 years ago and have experienced life more abundantly. My paper is LONG here in Egypt. Do your research though. If you DO decide to leave America to come to Africa, plan on teaching. The teaching jobs (ESL teachers) are in high demand and they pay foreigners (Americans and British especially) extremely well whether you have papers (degrees) or not. China is also the same way. They actually pay 5x better than Egypt.
Just whatever you do, leave Amerikkka. The media puts it out there like there is no life outside of Amerikkka, but the costs of living are extremely lower, and your head doesn't have to be on the swivel 24/7. Travel! Gain knowledge and peace. Shabbat Shalom.

From what I have learned some years ago, foreigners cannot own land in Ethiopia.
The Rastafarian community in Sheshemani have been battling with the Ethiopian government for years for ownership of properties they've inhabited since the 60's after the land was gifted by the emperor for the Rastafarians who wanted to return home.
I don't think foreigners are allowed to acquire citizenship either.

Ghanaians are friendly yes but not all are, we in the states have to understand if you're moving to any new area you have to know your surroundings because Ghana has a lot of theft in the country don't get it twisted, it not all beautiful, just like any country you live in you have your good and bad places so please if you're thinking about starting or building property or businesses please do your research and have good Christian Ghanaians who are not jealous or envious of you because trust me if you don't have that type of team around you then kiss your hard earned money good bye and I'm talking from my family experience, God bless

No disrespect to you but you wouldn't understand if you're not a ghanaian or a ghanaian American, I know what you are getting at that Christianity is a slave mentality mindset but Ghana is a 85 pecent Catholic or Christian country, so most people here in the states may get this false sense of security that all Ghanaians are loving and caring some are but most have a jealousy and envy complex that's why you have to be careful out there because voodoo and thieves are the number one problem in ghana but I understand what you are trying say you can't use both in the same sentence, but that's the way of life and the mindset of Ghanaians out there.
