Soccer Grammy Makes Lentil Soup

After cooking for her Husband (legendary US soccer coach, Manfred Schellscheidt), her son Karl (D1 soccer player and captain at Princeton), and 2 grandchildren (who have gone on to play D1 soccer UNC and Seton Hall). Soccer Grammy, Annette Schellscheidt, is sharing her family favorite old fashion recipes with the SoccerSocial world. This one is my personal favorite and I make it now a few times a month.
