      this channel is helpful because it has many examples for us to refer, but it's still hard to realize if we are doing it right or wrong without a coach to monitor.
      these students have a great coach.

    That's the most important thing of swing, big thanks to Coach Han, my hero ❤

    It's a positional problem too. If he doesn't move forward to attack the drive, he has to stretch to reach it and loses power. He must get closer to the shuttle to be able to have the snap power.

    So in my opinon,image the racket like my hand, and a swing can be created by hand, wrist, forarm, elbow, shoulder, hip , and body turn from vertico to heizone? All these make a standard full swing? Is that true? Thanks Coaches 😘

    • @full-swing
      @full-swing  2 місяці тому +1

      Yes. Yes.
      However, no one can swing 100% every time. The realistic goal is to swing optimally in an imperfect condition.

    Please correct me if I'm wrong, overall wrist should be relax before hitting the shuttle. Is that right?

    It looks that Han coach only uses wrist and fingers. But he uses all body simply and shortly.

    Advanced level fast drive game, fingers and wrist power is more important than trying a full swing, the shuttle is too fast. Also fingers and wrist can also control block and deflective shots easier.

    Is it only me or the guy grips his racket too tight as compared to the coach who grips it a bit loose which adds finger power

      If you want to know, don't decrease it from 100, but test it by increasing it little by little from 10.

    為什麼我的教練和我說前臂不要往後那麼多?

    • @full-swing
      @full-swing  5 місяців тому +1

      我沒那麼說。這並不意味著你不應該將手臂向後拉,而是強調拍頭向前更重要。
