Tigernut half paint bucket
Date. 1 derica
Ginger 1 handful
Cloves 1 tablespoon
Coconut 1 medium sized
This will produce 16 (50cl) bottles of tigernut drink.

To arrive at your selling price you’ll need to estimate your cost of production plus overhead cost with labor cost and profit, I hope this helps

There are dried big ones. But if you’re using the fresh ones, make sure it’s not sour. Ensure its fresh.

Hello Fola, The coconut seems too much for the quantity of tigernut you’re making. Reduce it and see the result

@@moscakery I was only asking to know if you use the full coconut 🥥. Also as to preserving, I felt commercial suppliers have a substance they add to preserve it for longer duration just like for the zobo drink
Hello did you use dried or fresh tigernut
Dry
soaking your dates overnight makes it loose taste….if you need to soak it make sure to wash before soaking and use the water to soak to blend too so it does not loose it’s taste
When you soak and keep in the fridge nothing happens to it. That’s what I mentioned in the video. Thanks

The biggest size is not called derica. That's half paint. Derica is the size before the biggest one
