How to build/re-build a DIY jersey barrier quarter pipe.

I always leave out a few things, 1st we used high strength quickcrete. When I skated spot it was wet from rain, concrete had already cured. It's always a good idea to use rebar or chicken/hog wire in the fill, there was a little in the original build but we didn't have anymore to ad. Dirt is not always the best thing for fill but we didn't have enough gravel around us to shovel in so had to use it in a pinch. Lastly I used a trowel for the final touches smoothing it out at the end.
