- This summer I went to Lynbrook, NY, on long island to visit Trainland. This was featured in the second to last episode of The Sopranos, The Blue Comet. I had a much better visit than Bobby Baccala and bought some cool items !
It would be fun to meet there. I bought my first set in the store there - went while my wife was traveling. Only time I have been in the store though I have bought more from them and received a few gift certificates as presents. I wish the tolls were less to get there - but then I might go there more, so maybe that is a good thing.
I really like that IM with the graffiti Ray! Congrats on all your latest acquisitions. 👍
Great video Ray. I bought that CN hopper, the crane and the junk load gondolas. We definitely have to meet there one day.
That Csx intomodel looks great
I still don't know what I like more, all the cool stuff you show off or how much you enjoy what you do! Keep up the great work.
Appreciate you Steve
Great video. Nice haul. My favourite has to be the CSX stack. The NYC junk car is also brilliant and goes well with the crane.😊🇬🇧
Thanks David !!
Nice Video!👍
Looks good. Looks like grass was just cut a bit short!
Ray! Just like Bobby you bought it at Trainland!
Well, OK, not quite LIKE Bobby bought it! 🤣🤣🤣
Some good stuff there, and that LIRR caboose is unique, to say the least! ( But isn't it spelled Lawn Gyland? I'm confused! )
And nice work on the shelves! Yeah, if you've got the screws in the studs those shelves aren't going anywhere. And let me tell you, there's NEVER enough shelf space! You'll be getting more, trust me.
One last thing. Jeez Ray, it's winter! Could you wear something heavier than a T-shirt? You're makin' me cold! 🥶
Good show! Thanks for posting!
Hahaha thanks Wayne missed you on the last livestream.
@@RaysTrains Sorry I couldn't be there, I had other things going on. I'll try for the next one.
For that bay window, I remember asking if that was a personal decision 😂 they’re good at selling you stuff
Nice trains haul buddy
NICE VID RAY. I LIVE 3.5 MILES FROM TRAINLAND. I BOUGHT 3 CP SD90MACs, 8 HUSKY STACKS W/O GRAFFITI, 6 UP HERITAGE TOFLs 5 STARTER SETS, A CASE OF 10" STRAIGHTS AND 32 072 CURVES FRO THERE. 🙂NOW I HAVE TO GO BACK TOMORROW TO PICK UP 16 MORE 072 CURVES. I LIVE IN THAT PLACE. 😂I'LL PROBABLY BUY MY BIG BOY FROM THERE. THEY LET ME COME AROUND THE COUNTER SO I CAN SEE THE BIG BOY UP CLOSE. I'M IN TROUBLE. BEN FROM BEN'S TRAINS IS A BAD INFLUENCE ON ME. 🤣TAKE IT EASY BRO.
He is on me too😂
Great stuff this week!
Very coollooking rolling stock 👍🏻✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️
Nice haul, thanks for sharing
I’ve been to Trainworld.Awesome Train store.Hiw much was that MTA Crane
I believe it was around 80
@@RaysTrains That’s a steal of a deal
Thanks Ray! Wish they still had a chalk outline where Bobby landed, also it’s been awhile but does anyone remember what train he was buying when he got deleted? It was an engine I think, thanks again!
The blue comet!!
@@RaysTrains awesome thanks Ray!
A Pre-War Lionel tinplate Baby Blue Comet set!
Actually, it was a reproduction. They couldn't find a mint condition original for the show so they went with a repro. A beautiful set thought!.
"Imagine. Sittin' in that car sippin' a negroni..."
@@wayneantoniazzi2706 haha awesome thanks!
That’s a cool caboose!
The GSDS shelves are plenty good for your engines. I don't think twice about putting the Acela or VL BigBoy up there 😂 you'll be fiiiine, quit stressing. If they're in the studs and you used good hardware, go for it!
cool
Still no shelves 😢
Wait Gary what do you mean I showed them off in here !!!
shouldve got a newquik car like bacala
