- I never learned how to make lemonade, so I've got all these lemons laying around...
Sometimes, as men, we have to allow ourselves to step back and admit that we need a break or some help from time to time. Life is a lot harder than social media (especially UA-cam) makes it seem. So here I am, admitting that I have to call it for now so that I can sort some stuff out. I will return better than ever, so save a spot for me in your Playlist.
Thank You,

Thanks for all the work you do to share your projects. I’m starting on a ‘79 620 KC EV conversion and can’t wait to see more on your 620 build. But I will ;-}
Just found you from your 22re rebuild video. I love you man. Hope all is well. You have earned a subscription, thanks.
Thanks dude! I appreciate that. I'm nearly done with life's drama and will be back to making videos soon.
Ok Sir...Thanks ..👍👍👍 we'll see again.
Indeed we will. I'll be back before long.
Hope you sort everything out soon.
Looking forward to see the Datsun👍👍
Good luck my friend.
Best of luck overcoming the stressors in your life. Keep following your passion!
Thank you sir! I'm almost back at it. A few more weeks and I'll be uploading again.
Great travel video, take your time and work things out. I will miss your content but I am sure you will not disappoint when you restart. You know I am here for you and look forward to seeing you when I can. God bless you and stay safe!
I'm dieing to see the 22re ECU and rest of the build. I'm working on a 1991 yota pickup and need ideas on a standalone or piggyback for 5-10lbs of boost. I want to keep reliability but it definitely needs a little push up hills. I figured 5-10 maybe 12-15 lbs should be ok on stock internals and dual timing chain and a few other small add-ons possibly lifters and springs. Already has cai, dual sprocket timing chain, good exhaust and headers and other mods I can't think of off the top of my head. Great video hope to see more of the 22re vids.
Thanks! I think 8-10 tops on a stock bottom end, provided fuel and spark are dead accurate.
Thanks for your content (and your pleasant personality). I'm in Australia. One of my sons has a RA65 with 22R turbo'd through twin Mikuni 45s another has a 620 with warm L20 and weber 38DGAS. We have a couple more pre '80 Nissans. I hope your time-out is being fruitful for you. Take care.
Thank you! I'm going to be adding a turbo to my 22RE RA64. And my Datsun L18 has something REALLY cool in store soon.
I had to renovate about half of my house due to water pipes breaking last winter and destroying a lot of stuff. I'm nearly done with that and will be back to creating content soon.
There always seems to be something to keep us away from the shed. I hope things are sorted so you can return to your projects. I retired 5 years ago, but got called back part time to do mental health support after the bushfire 3 years ago. There are still people struggling who live remotely. I cover about 1,000km a week in my old 2003 Holden. I have a 1986 Nissan D21 hardbody and 1976 CF Bedford truck that are both waiting for restoration. Look after yourself.
Real dapper man! Hope you are doing well!
Thanks! I'm surviving this.
Great things are happening for you! Take that break for however long you need! Always prioritize your health first
Take care of yourself. Hoping all works out for the best.
Subscribed today, Good Luck Matt, your the man, work it out.
Thank you!
Just found your channel, know your pain. Safe travels.
Thanks! I'll be back at it in a few weeks.
Hey dude. Hope all is well in your world. I'm looking forward to your return!
Thank you! I'm editing some videos now, so I will return very soon.
Hey hope you're feeling well and all is good for you. It's been a year since this so things possibly tougher than expected but my fingers are crossed for you that there's good stuff on the horizon and that horizon is always moving closer.
It's tougher than ever out there for everyone and I've been hit with depression before and also been overwhelmed with projects too; to the point I lost my way a bit. But there's always light on the other side so keep gong and hopefully when it fits you then you'll be back making videos. Though if you don't then just finish that Datsun and go enjoy it.
All the best.
Hey man, I just wanted to reach out and say that I hope everything is going well. We all need a break sometimes. Sending some love brother.
Just got into your channel - tons of great information. Hang in there, we'll be here when you get back, get centered and stay healthy! Thank you for cranking out some really informative content.
Thank you! I'm still floating around the comment section from time to time, and making plans everyday for current and future builds. Once I officially come back to UA-cam, expect a LOT more content and more frequent videos.
Great decision 👏 Good luck.
Wishing you the best. Look forward to seeing your projects in the future.
Thank you! Even though I'm not building at the moment, I never stop planning future builds. I've got some amazing things planned.
Can’t wait for your return.. hope to see the 67 finished. Reach out to west coast classic cougar… they may be able to help with your project.. knowing is always half the battle! Good luck and hope you get things straightened out!
😎✝👍
Take your break man, I'll catch ya when ya get back. The cougar would be my vote for next project!
So far I've got a few votes for Cougar, so that might just end up being the winner in this non-contest. 😳
You're 100% right that things are always harder than they appear. Can't fault anyone for needing to take a break, and good on you for deciding to do what you need.
I had a '68 Cougar and an '86 MR2...So you know what I'd vote for picking up next. :D Either way, I've enjoyed following your projects and look forward to seeing what you've got coming. Cheers, man.
Thanks, dude. I appreciate it.
Stay safe brother, see you in a few.
It’s all good brother get your mind right and if it’s still what you want to do we will be here for ya!
I definitely will still be doing UA-cam in the future. To many cool things to build to not share with the world.
Gotta take a break once and a while. Coming back fresh, when you’re ready, is the thing to do. I just turned on notifications, so I’ll be here when you get back. Take care.👍
Hey bro hope everything is going good
Thanks bro! I'm doing well. I have some big things coming soon.
Brother take your time and I hope all is well… I know as a Veteran life is harder for us than normal people realize. Your not alone and im here if you need a ear to vent to. Stay safe.
Thank you so much.
@@tinygaragefab Hope all is well! Been a long while. Happy new year.
Thank you! I had some pipes burst in my house, which turned into a total kitchen renovation. So time and money for project cars has been slim lately. I'll be back with new videos soon, I promise!
2 years later, what happened? hope all is well. i have a 75' datsun 620 and need your help!
So, what happened? Well, I don't talk about it much, but Military duties have kept me from home for most of the last three years. I'm finally retiring in six months, and I'll be able to get some time back this fall, and the Datsun is still at the top of my list to complete. I just need a little more time, thank you for being patient.
Just dont come back.
