Boise is a less complete team and far more one dimensional than SMU, they have one major threat on one side of the ball and everything else is on par with the lesser conference opponents we’ve faced this season. PSU owns the fiesta bowl, them boys gonna feast down there in the desert

Honestly any good coach is already telling their players the tells they have to improve their game. As a former walk-on for PSU it is sad to see that opportunity go away. I was no Don but being on the team, practices, film study was a great experience.

My purrdixshun that PSU wouldn't have to use Tyler Warren in the wildcat came true...but did I "nail!" the total number of snaps he took with my call that he'd take 2? I know of 1. I didn't watch the entire game. Who won the TW snap contest, Landon?

@@LandonTengwall58 I figger TW got 2 snaps as QB. I saw the one during the first possession. I'm pretty sure it was 1st possession. Box score also has him at 0-1 passing. I missed that play and he may not have even taken the snap. I'm not sure how many snaps he took....but I ass-oom 2.

I disagree about Tyler Warren's snaps at quarterback. Warren got his 1st snap at QB on the 4th play on offense. After the first pick 6 and the realization that SMU is not good, I think Franklin went to base gameplan rather than give anything away for future opponents.
Honestly, really good point. But I expect Warren to get a lot of QB snaps when we need it. I think ur right. Franklin was like “oh I don’t need to have Tyler beat up his body”. Great observation

He had a few run plays too. The throw was to Nick on what appeared to be a rpo, but maybe he was trying to fake a dive
