All starters on Boise offensive line are back and healthy now, and Jeanty with 4 weeks rest to get to beginning of season aggression is scary! His first 3 games were mind blowing, and he will be in that form again on new Years eve.
So how'd that prediction work out for you? LOL
You all have become my favorite CFB show on YT. Love the back and forth and the diversity of POVs.
That’s kind of cool that Carter and Jeanty both have chips on their shoulders
It seems like people forget that when Jeanty went off against Oregon. They had second string Center and R guard. Idk how you don’t think that is going to make a difference.
You do realize that Oregon and PSU’s run defense aren’t remotely on the same level right? PSU has the 6th best rushing defense in the nation while Oregon isn’t in the top 35… Only reason why the Ducks scored a lot is because they have the most elite passing offense in the country, which is something Boise State does not have…
@ Oregon did rush for 176 against Penn. It’s not like all there yards came from passing.
183 yds rushing my bad. It was OSU that ran for 176.
Not the same thing Oregon is ranked 80 against run and penn state 9.
@@michaelhook1573 it’s a lot easier to run the ball when you have the most elite passing offense in the country you bozo. All PSU has to do is load the box and jeanty will have a tough time
8:10 Madsen hardly ever gets sacked though. He snaps and passes quick. He is a winner
The great Oregon DE’s had a whopping 0 sacks against Boise.
Cool story. He still sucks
@@Topapex1019 bruh the Oregon D end isn’t in the same league as Abdul🤣
It is terrifying for Boise how bad PSU's offense looked in a 38-10 win last game. They couldn't have been much worse and they still took the other team to the wood shed.
@stretch141000 38 -10 win is easy when SMU's QB throws 3 INT's to help with the score! But Boise is a better team than SMU!
@ Boise might be a better team but Boise's QB is not better than SMU's QB
@@stretch141000yes he is accuracy and int wise
@@stretch141000 he doesn't really have to be when the defense will dedicate a ton of their attention to the RB. SMU didn't have that, making it harder for Jennings to do anything positive.
Yeah in 30 degree high winds not let’s see how they look in Arizona
It will be a tough game for Boise, but they're healthy and rested and this will be fun to watch. No one has given them a chance, so they have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
And they had no chance after all.
I was at the psu last Saturday, it was cold and not a day to pass. 15 degrees and high gusts of wind. That'll affect the passing game, a lot.
I cant freaking wait to watch Jeanty, give penn state all kinds of fits.
Well, don't hold your breath thinking that bullshit or you might lose conciseness? Lol 🏈 WE ARE 🏈 Unrivaled
@kevinchandler179 imagine routing for one of the most overrated, underachievers, lamest jerseys, and 1-23 against top 5 opponents. They are like that one condiment that sits on the table that you stare at, knowing it has never satisfied you, and isn't even worth the work of lifting it up to use. Boise gon teach you kittens how to play some fuseball. Your TV will be off by halftime...or broke. Enjoy
@@Bushwalda1where you at now? Your tv broken?
@tylermaxwell820 Just like clockwork, penn st loses yet another big game. Such a mediocre, we almost won, team. Like the hockey coaches told happy gilmore.... "Better luck next year"
I need to start a podcast in my basement with my high school friends too and not look at any statistics for the games I’m talking about
Really hope Boise does something in this game. I'm so tired of everyone crapping on them on the internet, lol
They’re not good and didn’t beat anyone. They’re here based off past hype
@@kentkash And PSU are that much better? Who have they beat, besides an overrated SMU and Illinois? Both BSU and PSU only have 2 wins against top 25 teams, and Boise showed they could hold their own with a closer loss to Oregon. And PSU couldn't beat Ohio either, who also lost to Oregon. I'm not saying BSU will win, it will be an interesting one to watch, but PSU are heavily overrated.
@@jeffnogoPlease come back here on New Years Day with that same energy once Boise State gets blown out. You're hanging your hat on a close loss to Oregon early in the season when Oregon wasn't nearly in the top form they are now.
This ain't the Mountain West anymore. You have no idea what you're in for. Penn State dominates the time of possession and wins big.
@ Oregon played the worst game of the Year against Boise and still beat them. Boise struggled against the behemoths of Wyoming, Nevada and SJSU. Boise is a .500 big 10 team.
@@kentkash How about that Bowling Green game PSU barely won? And a pretty terrible Minnesota almost took you down as well. Anything you throw at Boise can be thrown right back at you. An unimpressive schedule other than the games you lost.
If Boise tries to win this game on their defensive line, they are going to get killed by 30 points
BSU will play hard nosed football; it'll be a heavyweight battle. BSU needs to go up early and survive the the 4th quarter
Everyone wants to play “hard nosed” until they get punched in the face.
@@jason5265😂
Stop it. Boise is not a heavyweight. 😊
keep dreaming dude
Boise will get crushed
MR Silver hair wasn't at the PSU game last weekend. 20 mph winds and no need to step on the gas. PSUs going to start out hammering..
Penn State will run the ball or try to.
I look for Tyler Warren to be the difference on offense and don’t forget Drew Allar can run and he’s a big boy.
I wish you guys would provide links to your sources. No way in hell that BSU is last in all CFP for tackling. No team would get into the playoffs with those stats.
When my Nittany Lions stack the box, good luck, because our linebackers and secondary are athletic as hell, and we pick
the damn football!!!! WE ARE
Every team that has played Boise State has stacked the box. How’s that worked out for them? Boise States biggest problem is going to be Penn states WR vs their secondary. It’s not very good. They have a really good pass rush but like these guys said outside of that the defense has not been great
@@googlechickenBoise hasn’t played a decent rushing defense. 😂
With all due respect 🙏 to Boise and Jeanty obviously, our defense is elite and defensive line is the best in America 🇺🇸!!!! WE ARE 🏈 Unrivaled, good luck 👍!!!
@@kentkash Oregon ranked 9th 102yds per game Penn St ranked 7th 100yds per game Jeanty went for 198 and 3 TDs vs Oregon so not much of a difference. Penn st is favored and I agree with that but they are not going to shut Jeanty down I just don’t see it
@@kevinchandler179 look at their games against their common opponent Oregon Penn St gave up 180+ yds to the Ducks Boise St only gave up a little over 100 are you sure Penn sets rushing defense is all that? And Oregon does not have an Ashton Jeanty
Penn State defensive allowed 176 rushing yds against OSU and 183 yds against Oregon. So it not like they are always good against the run.
Those teams could also throw the ball.
@@JoeScharmer While Oregon's total defense isn't quite as good as Penn State's, allowing about 20 additional rushing yards per game--Oregon still has a top 10 total defense to go with their top 10 pass defense. This is the reason why I also mentioned that Madsen must play as well as he did against Oregon for the game to remain close.
Case in point: While Madsen didn't put up phenomenal numbers against Oregon because Jeanty did the brunt of the yardage gained and scoring for BSU, Madsen had zero INTs to go with his 148 yards and a TD. The key stat is zero INTs. And interestingly, Madsen's QBR was higher than Dillon Gabriel's that game.
@@JoeScharmerso can maddoux madden. U obviously havent watched bosie.
Both those teams are the top 2 passing threats in college football. Everyone knows BSU is going to give it to their RB. He may need 200 for BSU to win. BSU is most likely going to try and use the run game to manage the clock, wear PSU down, open up the pass and keep PSU's Offense on the sidelines. Boise is up against the best TE in College and maybe the 2nd best running due in college this year. This is one of those games where PSU can come back on them, but BSU would really struggle if it turned into a 14-point game. All the things they need to win the game including winning the TO battle and what I mentioned will no longer be the leverage they need and if they are out of their element mistakes are bound to happen. It all starts with whether they need to put 8 in the box or keep 7 to not stop but slow down the man of the hour. Personally, I don't see Boise stopping PSU all game. They are aggressive as they should be on D. If Allar gets going than Boise won't be able stop the 3 weapons PSU has so sacks and long 3rd down. I do think PSU has more talent in the Trenches along with weapons instead of just 1 weapon so they will have to guess but PSU knows if they hold Jeanty to less than 100 yards it will mostly be a win. This is the best run D Boise has played this year.
@ they rank 9th in rush defense i dont think there afraid at all.
Penn State 44 vs Boise State 17 this game may start tight but by late second quarter and in the third quarter, Penn State asserts its dominance and will on both sides of the ball and going into the fourth quarter the score will be something like Penn State 37 Boise State 10.
Agreed, 38-13 my Nittany Lions 🙏 🦁 pull away and roll!!!! WE ARE
DANNY KANELL you still mad at Boise State for beating Florida State 🤣 it clearly shows
Who hasn’t beaten FSU this year.
@@michaelhook1573it wasn’t this year
What's going to be Penn States excuse if BSU beats them?
From every comment I’m seeing it’s looking like BSU should beat Penn state, so I guess we shouldn’t be surprised? I keep forgetting that PSU should just always be on upset alert, even though it never happens
What’s Boise’s excuse? Let’s hear it.
@tylermaxwell820 BSU was outmatched on both sides of the ball, no excuse. They just weren't capable of pulling off the bowl upset.
@@erikhancock98569I was at the game and your fans impressed me. I have a newfound respect for Boise State football. I knew they were/are giant killers. Jeanty is a beast. Respect to your program and good luck to your squad in the future.
You guys have to Understand that Boise Does not play by your guys standards of Power 4 football, mid major football schematics for blocking splits, passing concepts, etc isn’t like power 4 at all, unlike SMU, Boises Oline will be able to cover up PSUs Dline, and that Run Action will look the exact same whether Jeanty gets the ball or not, as someone who played against Boise State, it’s not just as simple as you think, these guys have a whole program and culture that’s imprinting on them the moment they are on the grass of their blocking scheme their movement etc, it’s hard to perfect but they do, they separate you on every leave and create one on ones, PSU will have to tackle Jeanty One on One 27-28 times, if they can get in the backfield, and the safeties don’t have to tackle him too many times, it’ll be a solid early night…
However I’m telling you the moment those Dlineman start cheating and peeking 👀 and get covered up and those Great LBs can’t get over the top it’s gonna get interesting. Once those safeties have to start compensating for Jeanty, that’s when the passing game becomes more dangerous, having 8 men in the box just puts you in a position to potentially be out flanked on the perimeter, if they start throwing swings to their receivers and the DBs can’t tackle, those dline men running sideways will wear them out, they were doing that to Oregon… PSU did to them as well…
This is an interesting game y’all…
Yes, as a BSU fan, we gotta watch #11. SMU did pancake him pretty hard once. It was their 1 highlight of the game. HEY! BSU only ran the gadget stuff at the end. Watch the whole thing. They dominated until like the middle of the third quarter just playing steaight up.
Damn you guys are very comical 😂
BOISE ST. ARE KNOWN AS THE ORIGINAL GIANT KILLERS😂😂😂😂😂I GUARANTEE THEY WILL SHOCK THE COLLEGE FOOTBALL WORLD ONCE AGAIN 😮😮😮..BOISE.ST.31....PENN.ST.28

BSu hasn't won against a school from a power 4 conference in this decade so far. They are good at beating mountain west teams, but that's the extent of it.
@@foslrock Boise State literally beat Oregon state and Washington state this season and a few years ago beat #10 BYU on the road this decade.....
@@MattBuild4Dude has no clue the history of Boise State and it shows.

Wait, what??? PSU was explosive af in their last 2 games. If the same PSU that played Oregon shows up, BSU will have its hands full. I expect this game to be closer than the line. My brain says PSU takes it but Boise is my second fave team in CFB. *GO BRONCS*
So if Penn St. Is better than Oregon on both sides of the ball why did they lose to Oregon by 7?
Mistakes ' who ever makes less mistakes wins
The bad calls and missed calls by the refs were so blatant that one can only ass-oom that Nike/Oregon paid the refs well for the Nike vs PSU Big 10 champeenship game. Has Nike's O-line had a holding call go against them yet this year?
The thing Boise State detractors conveniently forget about this game was that Oregon's special teams scored two of Oregon's five TDs--one was on an 85-yard punt return for a TD and the other was on a 99-yard kick-off return for a TD. Another thing BSU detractors conveniently forget about this game was that BSU's defense sacked Dillon Gabriel 4 times in the first half alone and finished with 7 tackles for loss. How many sacks did Oregon's other opponents--you know the ones with "stellar defenses" have?
@@grimreality451stop. Just stop. Penn state objectively has a better Dline than boise. That oregon team you faced was not the same one they are now at the end of the season. You think your D lines comparable because of week 2? Idaho, an FCS team, had 3 sacks and 5 tfl the week before on oregon. They were not playing their best football yet and thats a fact
@@billnyedoesminecraftjoseph8379 BSU detractors conveniently forget about the Oregon game where BSU's defense sacked Dillon Gabriel 4 times in the first half alone and finished with 7 tackles for loss. How many sacks did Oregon's other opponents--you know the ones with "stellar defenses" have?
It's no a big deal when Oregon State, UCLA and Michigan State sacked Gabriel ZERO times this season as none of them are bowl eligible. However, the following teams who will be playing in bowl games all struggled to put pressure on Gabriel:
Michigan, last season's CFP Champion, sacked Gabriel ZERO times.
Washington, who also made the CFP in 2023, likewise had ZERO sacks.
#20 Illinois had ONE sack.
#8 Ohio State, who has the potential of making it to the CFP Championship, had ZERO sacks.
#6 Penn State, who some claim could win is all this season, had ONE sack.
Bring up oregon vs penn state run defense thats fine. Then show the run offense that penn state has played against. Highest was 50th they have not played against AJ and this oline so save this bs.
Kaytron Allen and Nick Singleton, two of the best Right Backs in the nation, will eat Boise State's defense alive! Not to mention Tyler Warren.
The Broncos haven’t faced a defense of Penn State’s caliber --PSU's front seven is Elite! Abdul Carter, Dani Dennis-Sutton and Dvon J-Thomas will pressure Jeanty and diminish his effectiveness.
Madson has put two big time quarterbacks on the bench.
@@brianfackrell4139 big time? Who tf are you talking about🤣
Boise State is second in sacks but can only get sacks on a blitz. Allar can beat the blitz.
Exactly. Boise also is one of the worst in tackling past the line of scrimmage so Warren will exploit them as PSU has enough weapons and a good QB especially his footwork in the pocket. Boise is going to play the guessing game whereas PSU is going to know exactly what Boise is going to do on both sides of the ball. I don't think Boise fans grasp how obvious this game looks or just think Jeanty can't be held by the hardest run D he's faced all year.
They also play a mountain west schedule lol
Thank You Danny, Chip and Bud for saying out loud that you think this game could be a blowout by Penn State. "PLEASE COUNT US OUT". I predict that you will be back here next week looking for excuses about how Penn State could have failed so miserably to blow out such a lesser team. I hope that when this happens, you will finally give Boise State the credit due and not just rever to making excuses for the Blue Bloods. Stay Tuned!
What sucks about college football is all the fans and commentary think in black and white, If you aren't in the top 2 to 5 teams then no matter what you will be dismissed and anyone you beat will now be called overrated and the moment you lose to anyone it's because your team sucks and only plays bad teams. If Boise wins, then it's going to be said that PSU is and always will be overrated because they don't win big games vs real teams and if PSU wins then it's because Boise sucks and of course it will be considered a big game for PSU only if they were to lose but winning just means they beat another SMU who SEC fans were waiting to cry over not having the playoff just be their teams with maybe 2 Big Ten teams. I hope it changes now that it's 12 teams.
Ironic how every time I see a comment like this PSU beats the shit out of the team they play😭
@@Maxamilian103105 yea bro we are gonna count y’all out. The blowout is coming and there’s nothing that’s gonna stop it

Boise doesn't get pressure without blitzing. Like, ever. Good luck with that against Tyler Warren.

@@dinch2they were not 10x better. Bosie wins this by 14.
@@grimreality451 Oregon-Penn State featured Kole Knueppel, an infamous Big Ten ref who simply doesn't call holding ever. Secondly, Oregon's offensive line has vastly improved - when they played Boise, their offense of transfers barely knew each other's names. Gabriel also was not up to snuff yet; Oregon would do things like cut block, which means the ball has to be out quickly, and he would instead hold on to it for seconds and get sacked. Needless to say, Oregon's come a long ways.
Regardless, the tape really doesn't lie: Boise State doesn't get pressure without blitzing. Penn State's also bar none the best rushing team Boise has seen and then some.
@@grimreality451 Boise fans need to take a chill pill. I'm not saying you don't belong in the playoff, because I'm not an SEC moron. Penn is a different university
I think it's simple. Can Jeanty beat the best run D he's faced this year. Can PSU stuff him and hold him enough to build a lead and go up a couple scores to open Boise up and force Boise to be risky in all levels and units to create mistakes through pressure. Boise must control the game and see if PSU can simply stop them from doing exactly what everyone knows they are going to do.
