Well. There will be 120 million new felons. What prison are they going to lock them up in? No one should turn in any guns. Just say, "Come and take them!" Ammo is already a problem. It will only get worse. They are demanding insane prices, already.
You hit the nail on the head here. I live in Sacramento and a shootout is exactly what that was not a mass shooting. They are felons who could not even legally possess firearms in the first place. Ridiculous!
You rock Colion. Sacramentos so called “,mass shooting,” was actually, two brothers who got in a gun fight with a rival gang at a club. Nothing to do with people who legally own any firearm.
Bingo. They used the "mass shooting" narrative as usual to get people angry at guns and get more gun control. They very quickly stopped using "mass shooting" when more information was released and just started calling it a shooting. And as usual, they just let off as many shots as they can hoping to hit the rival gang members with a huge crowd that inevitably got hit by the stray bullets.
Well if you EVER want to see a world whare that is reality then you better lose your bones for law. When will American learn that "LAWS" are the VERY REASON why we have this kind of shit happen I. The first place.

Every member of the parole board, who voted to allow this violent criminal out after just 4 years of a 10 year sentence, should be held criminally and civilly liable for all those deaths and injuries. You have to love the California justice system.
A parole board recommending parole means nothing, because the governor has to say yes to every single parole request. To his credit Newsom has actually stopped some parole request, which may be the only good thing he has done while in office. For example, in 1972 all death row inmates got off of death row and were given life sentences, and not one of those ex death row inmates has ever gotten released on parole. Only two have ever been granted parole, and Newsom said no to both. The first ex death row inmate granted parole was Leslie Van Houten who was one of the Manson murderers, but Newsom said no, so she is never getting out. The second ex death row inmate granted parole was Sirhan Sirhan, which is the man the killed Robert Kennedy, but Newsom also said no to his parole request. Even someone as crazy as Newsom knows better than to grant parole to certain people. The parole boards lately in California have tried to get cute ad start granting parole to people like Sirhan Sirhan, and to his credit Newsom said no. Not even sure how the parole board thought granting parole to the killer of Robert Kennedy would work, but I am pretty sure they were just trying to make some kind of political statement, but it did not work. Newsom has actually stopped a lot of releases for people granted parole. When a parole board recommends parole, it does not mean the person is getting out, it means if the governor say yes to the request they can be released on parole. So basically if someone goes in front of the parole board, and they vote to grant parole, they set a date for release, but that release only happens if the governor says yes to the request. It does not mean you are getting released just because the parole board said you were granted parole. It is basically like the board is saying you can get released on parole, but only if the governor says yes. Newsom has rejected a lot of parole request, just look it up.
Very well said and I agree 110%. Being a first responder for over 25+years I can tell you guns do not kill only people do. No gun control will ever stop this.
Well... Let me just say this. When a group that has no gun attacks a group that is well armed, historically it has never worked out well for the attackers....

How do you expect the government to get us all into those rail cars to take us all to the camps if we still have weapons to fight back with? No they have to take the guns away. It’s the only way, ask the Nazis.🤦🏻
Shouldn't he also be facing 6-counts of homicide... I think its obvious that he should have passed a background check before stealing the gun he used, and maybe have paid a $200 tax, that would have stopped it for sure. And, why do handgun crimes instantly lead to attacks on AR's???

I work near where this went down. Your words are spot on. They will never be able to stop violence with legislation. A firearm is a tool for self defense or offense. The user of the tool has the control and choice on how it is used. Blaming the firearm or manufacturers is like blaming the ground for being uneven when you twist your ankle. Ludicrous!
I am sorry to hear that, I am from Oklahoma and we are well known for some crazy stuff but at least when it comes to solving crimes we are good at it mostly. just have dumb leaders, one is looking for lost graves of a thing that happened 100 years ago that Joe Blow had talked about and it didn't sound genuine when he said them

Maryland resident here (not by choice, by job). It is a criminal shooting gallery out there, and I am afraid to go many places in Maryland. But, I cannot carry a concealed weapon (might shoot my eye out), but criminals do. Off duty police are afraid to go out in Mayland without their service weapon, but the rest of us are screwed. Hope to move out of tax crazy Maryland this summer - HOORAY - FINALLY! By the way, Maryland has some of the most restrictive gun laws in the country, yet look at the out of control shooting/crime rate in Baltimore. Restrictive gun laws work, right? Laws only restrict law-abiding people (Who are not doing the crimes) from protecting themselves from criminals.
I don't really care about this failing empire anymore. I've been ready for the collapse for awhile now. "This is pure and utter stupidity." Couldn't agree more. Having escaped the People's Republic of California, I don't want their ineffective "gun control" measures in my state. What I want is for the prosecutors and judges to take this stuff seriously and keep criminals who have committed real gun crimes (not mere possession) in prison a long time. Instead, the CA prison system is a revolving door. So, what do they really expect?
@Matthew Grumbling Except criminals in possession of firearms should be punished by long prison sentences as well, cause that’s as much of a gun related crime as actually shooting people while being a criminal in possession of illegal firearms!!! Any criminal in possession of a firearm is in fact a criminal in possession of an illegal firearm!!!
Yea I lived near Sacramento in a very safe and low crime area with some of the strictest gun laws in the nation, and I could still get guns quite easily in high school. I don’t think people really appreciate just how physically massive the US is compared to most countries, and how many firearms are already on the street. That’s why I dislike foreigners who try to comment on our gun laws as well. They make these abstract claims that sound obvious in theory but have no connection to how the ground reality plays out.
CA already has a ban on "AR" type rifles and high capacity magazines. lol Joe thinks banning them again will solve something? That's the ultimate in stupidity...this shooting demonstrated exactly how ineffective their bans are and now they want to implement it at a federal level. Doubtful that any of the gangsters in this shooting were even carrying ARs. Unfortunately Democrats and their constituents don't use logic or intelligence when making decisions.
You are not a conspiracy nut. Everything you just said is absolutely correct. I just left California and believe me I felt like a criminal just transporting my pistols to and from a shooting range. I now live in Texas.
Great content. Enjoyed your debate with Rosenthal. As a gun guy it always leaves me feeling a little sick when I hear someone claiming to enjoy the freedom of owning guns then use that as a means to justify their obvious desire to strip those same rights from others. His knowledge of the AR-15 556/223 round left me dumbfounded. The whole reason our military chose the 556 round was because soldiers could carry more ammo, and it had a greater possibility of not fatally wounding an enemy. Their (the military) reasoning was one wounded soldier would require assistance thus taking two to three men out of the fight. Rosenthal was either way misinformed on the 556/223 round or he was intentionally being misleading for he spoke of the 556 round as if it were a 50 BMG. 556/223 is most effective on small to medium size game. If his desire is truly to reduce gun violence then he should focus his battles on attacking violent movies, video games, and media that glorifies senseless killing and murder. I came from the generation of good guys and bad guys. The good guys lived by a code and only killed as a last resort to save lives. The bad guys terrorized, robbed and had no moral code. I have in my life time personally seen the switch from kids wanting to be good guys like cowboys or policemen to kids wanting to be the bad guys such as gangsters and assassins. Of course that fight would be an infringement on someone’s rights to free speech. Someone being big tech and big media. That’s probably why no one in media is willing to touch this issue. I mean, what are a few thousand lives lost each year of people who were victimized and murdered due to someone who was influenced by the content of those same violent games or movies compared to the huge profits those organizations grossed. There is talk of victims soon being able to sue gun manufacturers if their product was used in a crime. So should it be true that those same victims should be able to sue big tech and media for they have had an equal hand in influencing those terrible acts. Sadly, what will it take to finally convince everyone that assault is an act not a weapon. Assault is defined as “To make physical attack on.” Truly, there is no such thing as an assault weapon, but there are weapons (guns, knives, cars, places, rocks) that someone can use to commit assault upon another. Anyway, I enjoy watching your content and thanks for fighting the good fight.

She instinctively reached into her purse for her pistol only to discover that because the restaurant had a sign prohibiting guns inside the restaurant she didn't have her gun with her. Her father got up to try to stop this madman and was shot dead. I agree. If they would take that approach with gangs in America we'd have FAR less crime. Of course, then people would be far less scared, and they wouldn't have crime as an excuse to ban guns................
I am from Sacramento and when I first hears of the incident the term "mass shooting" made me think the situation was different. However to hear that it was multiple shooters firing at eachother then that changes things. Also I may live in the Sacramento area but I am very pro 2a. Also regardless of what type of shooting it was it doesn't necessarily change my view. It's crazy how quick people try to go after law abiding citizens when a gang who wasn't following any laws was the cause of the incident. This means that no matter how many laws they add the accessibility to firearms doesn't change for them, but changes heavily for people who want to do it legally. Im sure background checks and heavier restrictions are going to work on the people that avoid that most (sarcasm). F Joe Biden.

The one guy only did 2 years out of a 10 year sentence!!
You know... I'd have less trouble if gang bangers could aim. For real. If they just gave each other Darwin awards we'd be in a better place already, with far fewer of them in the gene pool.
So we have criminals using illegally held guns and the answer is make it tougher for law abiding citizens? Tell me how that can possibly be an answer. If/when criminals do criminal behaviors, deal with them, not the average citizens.
This type of shooting was common where I grew up. In a city where the only people who carried were police and gang bangers. Neither are there for you. I now live in a state with better laws and no gangs. Civilians are allowed to shoot back.

It's amazing how these problems all have to do with one thing in common. Democrats.

They need to get these felons off the street instead of banning any particular firearm and instead of harassing law abiding gun owners.
And keep them off the streets!
The goal is ultimately a totalitarian state. Once the people who are responsible have been disarmed, the criminals will then be dealt with to an extent. You can't have totalitarianism if the people you intend to oppress and control have the means to revolt.
This was two rival gangs that had a shoot out not a mass shooting
Deserves a no - cap recognition.
Exactly! Plus from the sound of them guns, they sound more like hand guns, not high capacity weapons
@@ep3360 Glocks. 33rnd sticks and at least one happy switch
Gang violence, not gun violence.
The first time I went to Thailand I had a layover in Taiwan. When I got off the plane there was ONE SIGN in English and Chinese. It didn't say "welcome" or anything like that. All is said was "Drug trafficking is punishable by death in the ROC". THERE, that means that if you survive being caught, you'll have a trial where you're found guilty and either executed or organ harvested. The drug problem there is almost non-existent.
This was 15 min from where I live. I appreciate you for calling it what it was, a shoot out. I love California and I don’t want to give up on it, but the way these stories are twisted is disturbing and it takes away my hope for a brighter future for 2a rights here.
You're amazing brother! Thank you for educating us Collon!
Fun fact: A CCW legal loophole in CA that even works in SF is to have a valid CA fishing license and fishing gear on you or in your car. This allows you to have a gun concealed on you or your car. I am no legal expert though, do this at your own risk.
"Those who are willing to give up a little liberty to have temporary safety, deserve neither liberty or safety"
Benjamin Franklin...
I’m glad you spoke on this because we all were sitting here with our jaws dropped when public officials said we need more gun control
AMEN!!!REAL MEN NEED TO SPEAK!THANKS!RESPECT
I love that Colion is so worked up over this that his voice is cracking.
This was definitely a gang shootout. At least one of the deceased was involved. It’s a shame these cowardly POS couldn’t aim and hurt innocent people. I love how they were INSTANTLY talking about more gun laws, when NONE of the guys arrested were allowed to be in possession in the first place. The one guy only did 2 years out of a 10 year sentence!!
My mind is just numb to it at this point. My only response is yep, we knew who it was before you said it. Prohibited possessor.
See Sacramento StreetWars channel. They was fighting over who could sell what on which corners.
The prison system in Cali will need to teach the incarcerated gang bangers to aim better when the have a shoot out nowadays.
You know... I'd have less trouble if gang bangers could aim. For real. If they just gave each other Darwin awards we'd be in a better place already, with far fewer of them in the gene pool.
The CA politicians have already introduced 40 NEW bills for more gun control since this happened. Never let a good crisis go to waste.
So we have criminals using illegally held guns and the answer is make it tougher for law abiding citizens? Tell me how that can possibly be an answer. If/when criminals do criminal behaviors, deal with them, not the average citizens.
That would require logic + sense. Things they lack.
Common sense gun bans and confiscations with no knock warrants is desperately needed to help prevent these crimes
This type of shooting was common where I grew up. In a city where the only people who carried were police and gang bangers. Neither are there for you.
I now live in a state with better laws and no gangs. Civilians are allowed to shoot back.
Amen. Thank you for speaking truth on the subject. I don't carry a gun, but I am going to take some classes and get myself a small revolver. Woman 45 here! Thank you again. Keep educating.
Joe Biden: Carrying out Presidential duties with all the grace and finesse of a blind, one-legged cat trying to bury a turd in a concrete slab.🙄
What a picture....lmao
You have a way with words!
Spot on !
😂😂😂 so true.
Louis...hopefully in front of Nancy's house in SF.
Never seen this channel before, glad i stumbled across another freedom loving patriotic youtube page. Got my subscription for sure👍🏻
Criminal Politicians NEVER say ARREST CRIMINALS, PUT CRIMINALS away . Let’s make ANY crime committed using a firearm a MNIMUN of 20 years. THAT would slow down crime as 70% of all crime is by REPEAT OFFENDERS ,so put them away and crime goes down.
Never underestimate Joe’s ability to f*ck things up ~ Barack Obama
And Obama was no better either.
Barack Obama keep illegal immigrants in cages and he is a horrible person
When Obama said that he was praising Biden. Democrat's goal is to destroy freedom.
