@@anonymous.anonymity. There's more gun restrictions now than ever. In fact, gun crime is the worst in places with the most restriction. Check the statistics if you don't believe me. Also, the word "regulation" is a poor word to use when discussing firearm laws unless used as it was written in the 2nd Amendment, which means well functioning.
The thing about common sense, is it's the sense of the common person, and these days the common person is an idiot... so it technically is common sense, but common sense doesn't mean correct.
We already have. It's called "law enforcement." The better enforcement in an area, the more crime gets banned. When I speak of law enforcement, I am also referring to private citizens defending themselves and their property (lawfully and intelligently.) But Colin is spot on when he says that the problem with kids begins with bad (or no) parenting. Law enforcement is treating the symptoms when the underlying problem has been allowed to fully mature.
It's the easy access to guns in the US that enabled these kids to get guns. This is unheard of in all other developed nations btw. They have gun control so colins argument is stupid. What is Colin talking about? Are americans really this dumb?

It Definitely Doesn't Fit The Current Disastrous Leadership's Agenda!
Unfortunately, they won’t listen, guns are the root of all evil as far as they are concerned, even through their blind bias they play right into the hands of tyrants.
The people who make the laws have no care for guns and 2nd amendment and will only stop when nobody can own any kind of gun except a drill power tool, the solution is tightening current laws involving increasing the legal age and limitations so legal guns can’t end up in the black market which then end up in low income high crime areas and eventually into some delinquent kids hands. There is no reason however why a random clean record citizen shouldn’t be able to own one and defend theirself legally from a repeat offender criminal.
The problem is also broken bail systems, faulty laws where repeat offenders are being let out back into society. There are already alot of guns in circulation, simply saying “this is illegal now” is not enough, putting signs saying “no gun zones” is not enough. Also let the police do their job, don’t defund them and then wonder why the streets are wild. Make the difference between an 18 year old who commit a simple first misdemeanor and a 18 year old repeat offender felon who’s involved with criminal activities and gangs, some people need to stay in prison.
Imo one of the issue is a lack of punishment and corrective action. Imo bring back prison/gulag labor camps in the middle of a 1,000 acre desert. Specifically for repeat offenders along with all violent ones. No fences, just a shoot on sight order if they flee
Agreed. I am older. I am rural. When I was a kid, it seemed that every family had a gun. My friends and I had the use of .22LR rifles and shotguns. We never held anyone up. We never got into gang fights using guns. . The problem is cultural. The fix will be cultural.
Indeed, how to fix culture when people made up the culture? Next question is how to fix the people? Can we legislate the moral? No, otherwise it's a totalism regime like North Korea. How to fix the heart of every man, woman and child?
Its perfectly well said by Colion Noir as usual. Single parent boys in the inner city are where most of all of this crime, and shootings, are coming from. Its pretty easy to see. Colion is the ONLY one, with the guts, to stand up, and point out the truth. Its That specific of a problem. How would a "gun control law" fix that problem? It wont.

I think most people are saying it. The problem isn't every day people. The problem is Congress. They seem awfully interested in re-election and not in answering to their constituents. Mainline democrats are too busy trying to get rid of the progressive caucus without losing seats, and Republicans are too busy trying to play gotcha with Democrats instead of actually proposing real legislation. I was born and raised in Brazil, a country where weapons are not banned but extremely unlikely to be seen by any good standing citizen. Not only the law and bureaucracy are humongous, everything is north of pricey. That, however, is no problem for bad guys: they carry their weapons left and right, from small hand pistols to fully automatic rifles, terrorizing everyone in broad daylight light and leaving the police in the dust. The only thing gun controls laws does is to remove your ability to self defense. So fight for your right, if you care about yourself and your loved ones.
Lived in SP from 2009-2011 and I noticed that only three factions had guns: military, police, and cartels. So much red tape and regulations for even business owners to have guns (especially Lula's 2003 gun control law) and yet Lula got voted back in just to get Bolsonaro out (much like Democrats cheated to get Biden in to eject Trump). At this point, Brazil deserves the consequences of the people they voted for who are the cause of their problems.

As a middle class white guy in his 50's who was mostly raised by his mother, I believe that one of the biggest factors to the problems in the inner city is the lack of quality education. The chant more gun control just sounds easier, usually if it's too easy, it's a scam.
Gun control is a cloud over the real issue of crime. Ask yourself, among what populations is crime the highest? What cities or neighborhoods are high crime areas? What is the politics of those areas? What laws barring gun ownership have been passed in those areas by those politicians? Why do politicians condone high levels of crime? Just because it’s not an “assault weapon” they didn’t feel the need to use scary language. You don’t prevent a fight by banning people from making a fist. You need to confront the cause of conflict.
"it’s not like a fully automatic firearm, it IS a fully automatic firearm." Ummm, do you know anything about pistols? FYI, you can't "modify" a pistol to make it full auto, it needs specific parts and extensive specific experience and tools,
@@cchgn Since you seem to be in-the-know regarding whatever tf that ignorant-ass reporter was saying, can you tell us what he meant when he said "fired continuously much like a fully automatic"? @@cchgnwho the fuck told you that? There are tons of guides if you know where to look in order to make weapons fully automatic. It's not hard to do on some weapons. There has been weapons shipped with faulty triggers that are full auto by accident. There was also a video a LONG time were the guy rigged a rubber band that made a ak full auto.
@@cchgn Yes I know how firearms work. Do you know what an auto sear is? On a glock it would be commonly referred to as a switch. It can be done with almost any semi auto firearm. It's just a small object that will stop the trigger bar from making contact with the bolt carrier group and/or slide until you let off the trigger. I'm not too familiar with trigger assemblies, but on a semi auto gun, it's a little more complex because on a full auto gun, the trigger assembly could literally just consist of a spring and the trigger, which when you let go of, a piece of it blocks the bolt carrier from picking up a round and firing it. With a semi auto gun, it will have to reset itself when you're still holding down on the trigger. Speaking of reset, another modification part called the forced reset trigger, when put on a semi auto AR-15, resets itself so that you can rapid fire at almost full auto speeds. It's kinda hard to put into words how it works, but the trigger resets very fast, without you having to move your finger other than the trigger pushing it for you, and you can either have a fast trigger finger, or in a sorts bump fire it. It's designed for accurate bump firing kinda. You have to get good at it though. Some people, you would think they're just straight up firing a full auto rifle.

Anyone who thinks that guns aren't a problem is either lying or is a complete FOOL. With all the shootings that happen on a daily basis, isn't it obvious that something is wrong? Is it normal for people to be getting shot dead all the time?
The US is the only country on earth where people are allowed to carry guns and look at the results of it. People getting shot and killed all the time. Yet you guys are foolish enough to try and justify it. Are you nuts?
The underlying root cause is the fact that guns are AVAILABLE TO BUY for ordinary people, and they shouldn't be. So the solution to the problem is quite simple. Guns need to be totally banned from everyone. If nobody has a gun, then nobody can shoot. If nobody can shoot, then nobody needs to worry about getting shot at. If nobody has a gun, then children can finally go to school without being executed in the classroom.

Because I see no clues as to what tf he was actually referring to.

Well, when they say "that small group" they are not talking about criminals they're talking about people who own guns like AR-15s legally. It's never been about safety because safe neighborhoods don't have problems to monetize. It's always been about control and consequently pushing issues that don't really fix the problem.
Cause then theyd lose a big chunk of their 'issues'
When the small group is a protected class you cant mention the real problem.
cuz they have immunity under this administration. they've got another election to swindle. can't piss the voters off

Amen my 2A brother. I agree 100%. That is exactly the problem. ❤
Thank you, thank you, thank you for addressing the demographics of this issue. Nobody else has the 🥜 to do so. Good on you sir.
Now what?
Ok now what's the solution? Ignore it and continue to fund Ukraine?
The solution is to stop glamorizing ghetto culture and feeding the entitlement mentality of those people. Call them out on their behavior. Don’t sweep it under the rug and pretend it’s not the root cause of the crime in the black community. We need to encourage families to stay together & fathers involved in their kids lives. Promote work ethics.
@@jameskrobar7814 I suppose you mean by engaging in an economic boycott of the film, television, music, gaming, sports, social media and news media industries that profit from this glamorization. Do you still support these institutions that are at the root of the problem? Are you active in you home and community to eliminate the consumption of this psychological contamination with the intent to create a positive and constructive social climate?
If you're not actively part of the solution then you're part of the problem.
@@charlesdonahue3667 absolutely I boycott that garbage. I can’t stand ghetto culture. I influence young people to ditch the thug life and work hard as often as the opportunity is available.
Politicians won’t look at the root causes, it too much work for them.
No, it's too much work for the citizens to monitor those they place in office. Easier to post comments on social media.
Are the politicians the root cause?!!!
Avenues exist to get guns regardless of the legality and that fact is NEVER going to change. There is a guy for everything, EVERYTHING! All you need is the connections and money. If you are born into crime or go to prison the connections find you. There's never going to be a day without drugs and alcohol. There is also never going to be a day without guns. The people need to be armed!
Excellent commentary! You have addressed the essence of the problem. This video should be seen by everyone in this country. Those pushing their gun control agenda or, in reality, people control agenda should be required to defend their position related to what you have stated. There is no way, if they were truthful, that they could dispute what you have stated!
What the hell! They had a machine gun? Illegally modified. That is a huge federal offense

And you think they care?
@@ThomasSukhoi I know they don’t care
Your 100% right. All the gun laws in the world will NOT stop criminals possissing guns and using them in crimes!
There were over 330 million legal firearms in the United States in 2019. The new number is 400 million or so.
That number is based on transfers, with 80s and 3d printing I'd be willing to bet it's over 500k
Superb rant - comprehensive and fully on-point. Saved!
You are absolutely right. Guns are never going away. There are millions out there. There is no way they can take them. I believe in education versus confiscation
But you Americans are don't want to hear that. You're too proud and arrogant to admit that you're totally wrong. Carrying guns doesn't save lives, it only destroys them, and people in civilised countries like here in the UK don't go around carrying guns and killing each other in the name of "freedom". Thank God I'm not an American.
Hahaha.

Well assault rifle is defined, it’s a rifle with a select fire switch, it’s “assault weapon” which they won’t define cause it’s used to encapsulate all firearms for the disarmament agenda.
