•3 kg Mustard Greens (Sarson ka saag)
•1 tbsp Salt (Namak)
•2 kg Water (Paani)
•1 kg Spinach (Palak)
•1/2 kg Wild Spinach (Bathu)
➡️Pressure Timing: 30 minutes
➡️Remove Excess Water and Mash Well❗️
🌟Tarka Preparation
•2 tbsp Oil
•2 tbsp Clarified Butter (Desi Ghee)
•1 Onion - chopped (Piyaz)
•1 tbsp Ginger Paste (Adrak)
•6-7 Red Chilli Whole (Lal Mirch Sabat)
•1 tbsp Green Chilli (Hari Mirch)
•1 tsp Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch)
•2 tsp Red Chilli Crushed (Kuti Lal Mirch)
•1 tsp Salt (Namak)
•2-3 Red/Green Chillies (Hari Mirch, Laal Mirch)
•Cooked Mustard Greens (Saag)
•1 cup Spinach (Palak) to enhance color
•3 tbsp Maize Flour (Makai Atta)
➡️ You can store the cooked mustard greens (saag) in the freezer and enjoy it later by taking out smaller portions and adding a fresh tempering (tarka) each time, as per your preference‼️

•1 tbsp Salt (Namak)
•1 tbsp Oil
•1-1/2 cup Maize Flour (Makai Atta)
•Parchment Paper
•Clarified Butter (Desi Ghee)
