There are so many unanswered questions. If he did do it, I'd hoped he would explain his superhuman speed. In 19 minutes, he apparently abducted the girls, forced them across a creek, undressed Libby, had Abby put on some of Libby's clothing. Then he slashes her throat and, at the same time, somehow stopped the other girl from screaming or running.
Then he is supposedly spooked by a van and decides he needs to get out of there but still takes the time to arrange some sticks on the girls' bodies that do nothing to conceal them.
In short, the prosecution's theory makes absolutely no sense

To hold somebody in solitary confinement for over a year. The human mind can only take 15 days. You all don't even know that this is a violation of our civil rights when it comes to due process. That's what makes our system better, due process. It's also against international law to hold somebody that long in solitary, against soldiers, much less civilians. Noooooo! Jury did not convict him on confessions! They spent many hours over 3-4 days on the timeline and who could have been there and the circumstances that create the puzzle to solve showing nobody else was there or could have done that! Some of RAs early confessions had details only the perpetrator would know as only police knew about the van and throats cut and this creep placed himself there calling police to offer he was there after seeing himself in that bridge guy video; trying to throw cops off or taunt! He WAS bridge guy and others proved that over a year ago both with stature and voice analysis! The jury believed he was bridge guy too! Spot on! No conspiracy to frame this perp! His guilty conscience got to him knowing he was public enemy nr1 for a sex crime against children! Jury got it right without the public conspiracy mob!

No one wants actual murderers to walk free. But we should all want to ensure innocent people won't be punished for crimes they didn't commit and to ensure the true murderer is caught/locked up.
No one here is defending anyone they believe is a murderer.
Everyone agrees we want true justice to be served.

This is bizarre. The guy had no history of abusive behaviour or evidence of interest in girls then decides to kill two girls in broad daylight when things could easily go wrong. He makes confessions but had access to the court papers. Either way it was horrible and those poor girls would have been terrified. Hopefully he was the killer because if he wasn’t whoever did do it is still out there and could do it again

Intentionally that just don’t make any sense. look into this case for yourself because we could all be in RICHARD Allen‘s place if they want to on someone, this is what they’re doing to him. I absolutely get that their parents & the town need answers, need someone to blame, but I'd have thought it better to wait on this one. They keep saying he said things only the murderer would have known, but the police had been filling him up with the info while questioning him. Not to mention all the material evidence related to investigating other possible perpetrators that the defence wasn't even allowed to tell the jury (& so much more).
I'm so sorry to Abi & Libby, their parents, family & friends, town & neighbours, and the rest of the curious folk, but I truly don't think this is resolved

Why did he even tell his wife he was on the trail that day but never made it to the bridge ? But he told law enforcement he was on the bridge for and hour and a half watching fish ?🙄. Even his wife was surprised by his testimony and told Richard that’s not what he told her ? That’s the only reason he came forward.

There was a little girl that was abducted at our local mall probably 15-20 years ago. She was with a friend , but a man came up to them and said he was one of the girls mother’s boss. He needed help finding a present for her mother. So he told one girl to sit on the bench and they would be right back.
The girl never returned. The police have a sketchy surveillance snapshot from behind of the man
    ( no video).
This girls body was found a year later by a hunter. Very little evidence remained.
It’s still an unsolved case today. When this case came out , I’ve often thought it may be one of those type cases. If the girls didn’t have the video , if Richard’s wife wouldn’t have insisted he tell law enforcement he was “ on the trail “ that day , he would still be blending in with the small town. Hiding in plain sight.
I often wonder if the man that killed the little girl years ago from the mall is still hiding ? In plain sight.

The very fact that there's no DNA says it all. This man did not randomly, brutally butcher two girls in the span of an unplanned hour and leave no DNA. It makes absolutely no sense. If you read the witness statements and everything, you'll see the discrepancies are not just Allen's - one witness, 5'8, passed BG and said he was absolutely taller than her. Did you know that Abby's body was completely drained of blood, yet the clothing she was wearing had not a single drop on it? These poor girls were murdered that night, and it didn't happen where they were found. People think her body was strung from a tree to let the blood drain - the very practice depicted in Odinism. The bodies were positioned in specific ways and were covered with with tree limbs, including the 'antlers' placed above Abby. The documentation from the scene notes that some of the branches had been cleanly sawed. There was no sign of the bodies having been dragged, and yet they were side by side. Could you imagine trying to repeatedly stab a child in the throat while somehow holding onto another one, and getting no blood anywhere on the clothing while leaving no DNA of your own? The very act of such a deranged and violent method of murder does not align with a spur of the moment killing. There is way more to this and I only want the truth the be known.

This is NOT victim blaming and I do NOT want to upset anyone but I am a father and grandfather who has both boys and girls. I WOULD NOT allow my young teenage kids (boys or girls) like these kids out on isolated areas by themselves. 13 Year old girls have no business in an isolated areas by themselves. I know it sounds old fashioned but I guess that I am old fashioned. The older I get the more I witness older men eye balling young girls. How do we have such a sexualized society that we do and not take this into consideration before allowing kids out like that? That area has a lot of business with destinations where people party and drink. When people drink and become alcoholics a percentage of them will do things they would never do sober. Plus bad alcoholics get sick in the head doing pervy things.

Unfortunately the biggest risk to your kids is the people closest to you - family and friends, because they have access.
It's important to educate girls & boys but especially boys since most of these crimes are committed by men.

Yes so many people placed their faith in junk “science” that even the “expert” admitted couldn’t rule out other guns. (Like Mr. Webber’s) a can, that may or may not have been there depending on what version of Mr webbers story choose to believe and several drug induced “confessions” given, while not only being held in prison, instead of jail where he belonged as a pretrial detainee. Oh and not to mention some “witness testimony” all of which describe a person that looks nothing like RA. And I’m still waiting for this evidence “only the killer would know” that the state claimed and this creator parroted, because everything that came out at trial, that wasn’t a complete change of “witness” testimony, had been known by the public for years now. Allen may be guilty, he may not be, but the fact that people insist on calling other people childish names because they disagree with them is kind of crazy!

Exactly, which is way the ME, didn’t file an addendum to his report with his new “epiphany” of the “box cutter” and just decided to change his story once on the stand. I’m sorry but him, Webber and Carbough should all be charged with perjury! The story they told in their deposition was completely different than the one they told on the stand, and both of those are given under oath!

His confessions are suspicious though. He didn't confess (incorrectly btw) until he literally developed psychosis from extended solitary confinement. I don't know if he's guilty but the confessions are untrustworthy. I mean, he confessed to killing his wife and grandchildren (he didn't). It's a tough case. I think that he probably did it but I'm not sure that they proved it beyond a reasonable doubt

Not true. He first confessed before his alleged psychosis.
He’s guilty and got what he deserved.

He did confess before his reported psychosis & before "discovery" as many are using "discovery" as to how in his confessions he made at least claims only the killer would know

@@BabylonianCowboy I'm not sure if he's guilty, or not either, and I watched all of the trial coverage from multiple sources during the trial, but his confessions didn't start until several days after he received his discovery documents. All of the evidence from Brad Weber, the van driver, and the fact that the medical examiner thought it was a box cutter would have been in there. Just an observation. I'm horrified by the crime beyond belief and you would hope justice was served, but I'm not sure it was proven beyond reasonable doubt. There was, also, the issue of the prison psychologist being a delphi murders true crime buff, and her feeding him information she read on websites about the crime and what people thought about him.

IMO, there is no way, from what was described from people who were in the court and saw the original video, that that voice belongs to the same man walking. According to them, he was actually ant sized in the video. The voice is obviously much closer to them. We were lied to from the get. LE made it look like he was right up on them!

They overlapped the audio in the video, so it was just from a later point in the video that wasn’t released to the public. We weren’t lied to at all and aren’t owed anything to do with this investigation. You aren’t those poor girls family members.

@@jenniferferguson1517 sure the DEFENDANT is owed that. Are you the defendant? No. They had their trial and can file an appeal that will eventually prove to them if they are or are not guilty in the court of law. All they have is the “enhanced” (aka altered) video. They did show both the “enhanced” (altered) video as well as the original in court, and the unaltered video you can’t see anything really, and what little you hear is very garbled.
