A good alternative for the 3D scan is using PiFUHD. I’ve used it once for a video I was working on where I couldn’t be on set. Just isolated the actor from a frame and threw him in that website and it generated a 3D model. Didn’t look perfect but it was for a short gag so it didn’t really matter.
