Kate looking up a jelly bird made me laugh so hard!! You guys are the best!!
My two favorite Easter candy items: 1 - The Lindt gold bunny. 2. Russell Stover birds nest - this is a toasted coconut chocolate in the shape of a birds nest. It used to have a few jelly beans in the center, but they stopped doing that a few years ago. Haven't seen them recently...not sure if they are still making them.
Oh awesome I haven’t seen the Russell Stover bird nest but they remind me of the Christmas wreath ones. That’s a shame they took the jellybeans in the centre out I feel like that would go really well.

When my brother's girls were little they coloured cupcakes with blue food colouring and put in too much colouring...they had blue poop afterward and my youngest niece said "can we make blue poop again" after they had eaten all the cupcakes. LOL

Up until only a few years ago, I used to wait allll year long for Cadbury’s mini eggs at Easter. They have been my favorite since I was a little kid. The powdery outside and the creamy inside. Mmm I love them! But now, almost every holiday has its version of Cadbury sweets. Christmas has snowballs, and that’s all I can think of but I know I don’t have to wait all year anymore which is so nice! They are definitely my favorite “Easter candy.” But they are closely followed by Reese’s mini eggs. Kate, I know you don’t care for them, but I’m with Alex on this one.. I love them!🤗
I think that it's because we're so used to the British creme eggs and mini eggs and have grown up with them. The American version just doesn't have the nostalgic feel we know from our childhood xx
I grew up thinking pudding was a custard like dish. In our house it was a Jello brand product . It was a powder that you mixed with milk and cooked on the stovetop. I don’t remember when it started showing up pre made, but you can get several brands and flavors. Some brands are sold refrigerated and some not. There is a chocolate caramel swirl! I,m putting a basket together for my sister just now - Ghirardelli chocolate bunny, Brachs spiced jelly eggs, Cadbury eggs (candy coated, creme, and caramel), and two packs of peeps that I’ve been aging since last year. I’m 65, she’s 59. Never miss an excuse to buy candy in mass quantities 😊. Love the show, very entertaining

Cadbury cream eggs and the mini eggs are my favorite, then I love the starburst jelly beans and the spiced jelly beans, and also need to have robin eggs (like whoppers but a hard candy coating like m&ms)
They’re so delicious aren’t they 😍 I also love the starburst jelly beans I’ve never tried the spiced jelly beans though!! They sound interesting. We tried those robin eggs in our previous videos I much prefer them to the normal whoppers.

When I was little, there was an ice cream store that my brother and I would get Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle ice cream which was, green ice cream with red discs that were supposed to represent pizza.
No matter how much fun we were having eating it... it came out the other end bright green LOL

My favorite Easter candy as a kid was those marshmallow peeps. My siblings and I would put them in the microwave and they would expand and then explode! So much fun

I grew up with See’s candy chocolate bunnies and cream eggs in my Easter basket as well as Brach’s jelly beans and chewy marshmallow eggs. That was before the huge candy companies took over all the holidays and holiday candy was actually special. Yeah, I’m old. I’m a 70’s kid.
I love the mini eggs, probably my favourite Easter eggs. In Australia we have the same design as the UK ones but I think our Cadbury is a little different as it’s made here.
Pudding...My husband is The Pudding King..he absolutely loves it. No matter the kind, our oldest daughter loves the cook and serve best.

Yay for a second Easter Candy trying box this week. Oh it all looks amazing although I don't think I would care for the black jelly bird eggs or the gum at the end. My favorite Easter candy would be the Russell Stover cream eggs, Reeses eggs, and jelly beans minus the black ones. It's funny I noticed at the same time as Kate you had forgotten to give each candy your personal score. Love you both and hope you and your family are staying safe, happy and healthy.

Sometimes in drugstores you can find bags of spearmint gummy type candy. They look just like the orange ones but are green and spearmint in flavor. Happy Easter!

We also have Cadbury mini eggs in Canada! The packaging is purple like the US but the printing is slightly different. The colour of the eggs we get is also much different from both the US and the UK ones. Ours are much brighter in colour and they taste absolutely amazing. They became so popular here that they are now available year round!

Robin eggs Malt balls, I love strawberry licorice, plus starburst jelly beans, hunts pudding probably but you can buy it like you just had or in powder form and cook it on the stove top and that is how we make chocolate pie sometimes.

Lots of strong feelings about black licorice jelly beans. People either love them or hate them which is why you can by a bag of exclusively black beans. I love them!!!

My favorite Easter candy are nerd jelly beans so good
They carry water in a reservoir and process urine to purify it back into water. They have a dispenser for hot water and the button is amber in color instead of red. Red is reserved for emergencies.

I just love these US boxes. It's crazy how different candy is even though we are different countries, you don't seem that far away or different than like China would be. We have similar puddings in Germany, but I really like to cook pudding by myself. Just getting pudding mix/powder from the store and mix it into boiling milk. And I love it eating it when it's still warm. Fun story: 6 years ago I worked in the US as an Au-par. Once my mome send me some of my German candy and also a pack of pudding powder. I remember my host mom looking at me cringeing saying:“You just can go to the store and buy pudding there. You know thar, right?“ Ofcause I knew, but this pudding I had just for me, because my host family did like the German pudding.

Alex ... you made me laugh when you mentioned the beet root, been there done that, even went to the doctor because I was so worried, boy did I feel foolish, LOL. I have always loved the black licorice jelly bird eggs, but with diabetes in my life now I don't get them often, and this Easter with the Corona Virus and not going out, we didn't buy any treats for today, it seemed weird. I have to tell you that pudding cup brings back lots of awesome memories from being in elementary school in the 70's, it was a sweet thick pudding however it came in a little tin cup with a pull top lid, I can't tell you how many times kids cut their fingers on those lids. Would love to try a British Sticky pudding, that just sounds so delicious to me right now. I thought I would mention as well that occasionally in our lunch boxes back then we would get something called an astronaut food stick, it was meant to be a sweet, but it wasn't sickly sweet, and it wasn't savory, just somewhere in between and I believe it was like a dehydrated treat, they went away quickly and many people don't even remember it. Another awesome tasting box ... thanks for bringing us along while you tried them.
Russell Stovers is my favorite. Where I live in Michigan we can get all Russell Stovers chocolates from the Dollar Tree.
