I'm going to show you in this video a course to build muscle with the most important things you need to focus on when we talk about building larger muscles and achieving muscle hypertrophy. We don't need cheap tricks or shortcuts here. Just pure science to develop muscle and help you overcome that pothole and that you begin to accumulate volume in your framework.
    For you to start, it is important to understand that everything boils down to a concept, intensity in your training. Now, I don't mean how crazy you are going to tackle your next routine. The implementation of compound lifts to build a base of strength is necessary to prepare the ground for muscle growth.
