- Join me today for this 30 Min Full Body Compound Movement Workout. Using nothing but compound movement to work the entire body with one quick effective blast
Compound movements are where we combine exercises to target multiple muscle groups in each exercise
What we will be doing is 10 compound movements in total
Each for 40 secs on with 20 secs rest
The beauty is with this workout , you won't need crazy weights to get a sweat on.
Meaning the workout is suitable for all fitness levels and all ages and sexes. So feel free to join in with this one

The compounds are a killer but brilliant for working the muscles and working up a serious sweat
Please go back to posting the actual exercises in the description. I’m working around an injury and that is so helpful (and even when not injured, it helps me decide if the workout meets my needs for that day).
