Pros, Lower crime then most of southern California. Mostly conservative, Good Schools, Clean wide open residential roads and neighborhoods, Good place to raise a family or retire. There is a huge community of Road, Cycling, Running, Hiking, Mostly nice weather. My Cons: Traffic is pretty bad. I would avoid buying a home that requires you to take any of the main off or on ramps example, WInchest, Rancho, Temecula Pkway, Murrieta hot springs. Old town Temecula is very expensive, and the food is not that good except for a few restaurants in my opinion. They need to put in a fast track along the Temecula valley I-15.
