Glad you are liking the videos! I appreciate it! Menifee is in the works but I think Murrieta will be posted first. They are doing a major expansion for the hospital in Wildomar, Inland Valley. They are adding 3 stories I believe.
And the same thing for Rancho Springs, they are doing an expansion that is starting soon, if it hasn't already.

Hey is there any new news on a possible annexation of the French valley area?

They actually brought that up as a question, the answer was no. Unfortunately no plan for French Valley to be annexed into Temecula or Murrieta. Both cities said the cost would be far too great. I was surprised as I was always told that would happen 'someday.' But I was told that in like 2001 ha!

Hi, are you talking about the Altair project by Old Town Temecula. Do you know when that might be ready…? Also is it true that most homes in Sommers Bend are sold out. Thanks

Yes, correct! The Altair project by Old Town. I don't think at the time of the meeting they had released name yet. I haven't seen anything concrete about a timeline from them yet. I have heard they are expecting models by the middle of next year but I that that is just an educated guess.
Most of the new Single Family Homes in Sommers Bend are sold out. There are some of the large, and expensive, options at Shawood available. I believe they will be opening a new section of Sommers Bend later this year as well but unsure on the timing. There are townhomes/condos that are available. And then there are re-sale homes currently on the market that are just a couple of years old!
