This type of content is very accessible. Frequently posted short form, delivers and gains casual views, pre history news is very popular, I hope you guys can springboard from here, great channel and a beautiful film, I visited here last summer based on this film, thanks to you both.
So beautiful! Watching the flowers and waving grasses, the crescendo as the stone walls framed the horizon, I felt a strange bond with the monument which I can't explain! An elegiac and sensitive film, and a brave one without words.Thank you for making this.
Oh my goodness! Thank you so much for sharing this. What an awesome view of Belas Knap. I grew up living five miles from the place and loved every visit to ancient site.
I woke up this morning and thought, "I must watch and listen to Michael Bott's piece on Belas knap". So I did, and thought, "that's exactly as impressive as I remember it." Feel free to indulge your artistic side, and thanks again for the channel!
Beautifully done Sir. Nice to come up and suddenly the "door" appears. The melancholic cello was an excellent pick. Very well done video, thank you very much for sharing this.
I was just starting to think, this is all very lovely and atmospheric and everything, but why is there no talking - then I read the title properly - doh!
Pardon my ancient German/Nordic, but *FUCK* that was brilliant! And I don't mean brilliant in the way the Brits use the word, much like Americans overuse *_awesome_* and such. No, this was inspired, evocative, and ineffably poignant, delivered to the viewer without comment as none was necessary. And in 4k no less. Outstanding! If this is any hint at all of what Standing With Stones 2 will be like...oh my...
So that’s a barrow! My only other experience of this word is in Lord of the Rings when hobbits get trapped in a barrow and I never had a clue what was being discussed. That and wheelbarrow. This word and structure doesn’t exist in the heartland of North America
Stunning beautifully done!
Loved the color in the flowers!
Beautifully done with the music and photography.
Absolutely amazing video.
Thank you so much for creating and sharing
I just kept repeating "Wow!" But I admit that the cello helps my heart beat faster. Thank you SO-O-O much for this.
Wow! Just Wow!
Bravo Michael. You are a sublime film maker and the drone only serves to enhance your arsenal of techniques to bring us such powerful images. Thankyou
Absolutely the best drone shot video of this gorgeously preserved barrow. Stunning beyond belief
Isn't this lovely! What a beautiful day! I wish I could have been there. I'm glad this has survived and is projected.
Live only 45 miles away but have never visited. Will have to go when spring arrives!
I love your videos. Thanks.

Tidy. 👍
Is that what Newgrange ahould look like?
Unusual shape, no?
Kinda looks like a certain part of the female body, maybe they saw putting a body in there for burial as returning the person to Mother Earth's womb.
