Easy Blueberry Banana Bread | Delicious Blueberry Recipe | MOLCS Easy Recipes

- Blueberry Banana Bread
350°
2 C Flour
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 C Sugar
1/4 C Butter - softened
1 C Bananas - Mashed (approx 3 large bananas)
2 Eggs
1/3 C Sour Cream
1 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 C Blueberries + 1 Tbsp Flour
In medium bowl combine flour, baking soda & salt, set aside.
In large bowl, beat butter & sugar until light & fluffy, add bananas, eggs, sour cream & vanilla.
Stir 1 Tbsp flour into the blueberries, gently fold into batter. Pour into a 9 x 5 loaf pan sprayed with
cooking spray. Top with additional blueberries.
Bake @ 350° for 60 -70 minutes.

@@molcsI made it. It was mostly a success. I should have measured flour by volume instead of weight. I also used frozen blueberries. My batter was thinner than what I am used to. The top center is a little pudding like. But everyone liked it. Thank you for this great recipe.

Looks very moist not dry. That’s sometimes the difficulty making banana bread but this makes it much better with the blueberries
