- I was looking through some of my old videos and I found an old video I made called "Random Vintage Portable Fans" that I made back in 2010. I just decided to make a second one, just for the heck of it.
These are just random fans I collected throughout my house. Unlike the original version, these are not all old. Some are cheap and some are nice. These are not all my fans, some (Such as the Design Accents, both the Room Essentials, or the Honeywell) are the family's.
If you would like any more info about a fan, a separate video of one, or whatever, just tell me and your wish will come true.

I have the SANYO 12” fan. It has a blade from a sears fan because last Christmas it was running on a milk crate and fell over the clear brown blade broke!! I ordered a replacement and it made weird noises!! So I took the blade from a sears fan that stopped working and the fan works great I love it
SANYO looks nice with a green blade!!
If the Sears fan was a Lasko variant, those were actually partially manufactured by Sanyo, so that would be why the blade fit right on your Sanyo-branded one.
Yes is was made by Lasko because I've seen many Galaxy and Lasko/ Montgomery Ward that look almost identical. Exept they have blue blades and different stickers near the base. The buttons are blue too. the replacement was a clear blade we ordered off Ebay. it came from china. It was all scratched!! It did work with the sears but the sears stopped working due to the wiring in the plug. I like fans, vacuums,old radios and tv's,video and audio equipment, and pre 2010 video games eg: wii, Gamecube, N64, SNES, NES. All Nintendo. I also enjoy clocks and I can fix them. I really like 1970-1980s Japanese desk fans. I can't repair them though. I also have 2 1930s-1940s fans. one is a Wolverine and the other is a Zero. I am going to restore them this summer. I really like fans with green or blue clear blades. If you ever have a Panasonic/National/Hitachi/Toshiba/Galaxy Fan please reach out to me because I am looking for a 1 or 2 more fans sort of like the Sanyo. Thanks, Xander

My favorite part was the second room essentials fan because there was cloth tied on there and it's blowing like they do on some fans displays at stores. how did the fan broke off the stand? it's metal and not cheap plastic.

I have a Hanover hassock, model 12. It is very quiet on position 1 but gets progressively louder on 2 and 3 while blade is off. Looking for replacement motor without luck. Universal Electric Co., model DA3B026N#. Please.

That's great! I am glad that they like it. The Zero fan is probably from the early 1960s while the Wizard Breeze Box is likely from the mid to late 1960s. It is evident that the Zero is older by the McCoy-style oiler. The blue Eskimo fan featured in this video was also manufactured by the same company which was McGraw-Edison/Bersted. They made all kinds of things ranging from drink mixers to heaters. I actually have three Wizard Breeze Boxes now! They all have separate videos of their own on my channel.

I've oiled the heck out of them, without luck. I could always replace them, the motors themselves are fine.
FanOfVacuums2 the bearings on the marvin need some attention with some solvent to dissolve the gummy crap in them and have fresh oil applied.

The Emerson and the Hunter now run. They both had wiring issues due to their age. If you go to some of my more recent videos, you will find videos for both of those fans. Nothing happened to the Lasko.
