Two characters who’s designs are based off of famous London people(Plague Doctors for 049/Jack the Ripper for Jack), both are trying to exterminate things that are inside of a humans going to these lengths of killing people to get rid of it (049 kills human to get rid of the pestilence/Jack killed people to get rid of the filthy color which is a result of negative emotions), both are kept under a close watch by a specialized organization(049 is watched over by the SCP foundation/Jack is watched over by a spy organization)
