Fun fact: Fox only wanted "Negasonic Teenage Warhead" because of her name, and that was it. In the original comics she had a completely different set of powers, frankly kind of the whole generic potpourri of super strength, speed, durability, plus some telepathy and precog powers, although later they gave her some reality warping powers. The movie version uses the powers of another mutant called Cannonball, the power to kinetically launch herself or objects near her like, say, a cannonball (or a warhead).
Fox actually had to negotiate with Marvel Studios to be allowed to use her in the Deadpool movies; in exchange Fox allowed Marvel to use Ego the Living Planet for Guardians of the Galaxy Part 2.

Negasonic Mid-Life Crisis Warhead
Maybe. Amusingly, she's named for a song from 1995. The version in the comics was a telepathic precognitive who died right after being introduced (when she correctly predicted the deaths of millions of mutants), then got brought back as an illusion for a bit, then brought back 'for real' around the time the Live Action version was introduced in the Deadpool films, with powers closer to her film incarnation.

Her Name is Jubilee...and She's mad because Deadpool doesn't know that so she created a really Stupid name...Negasonic Teenage Warhead because Deadpool is making fun of her because he knows it's JUBILEE but legally Deadpool didn't get the Rights to use her Name... except the likeness of Jubilee and they have to either give her a different name or just assume you get it that its JUBILEE... MEANWHILE ALL THE TIME They give her a different name trying to hint on who she really is... meanwhile shes wearing Yellow and Shooting Fire Works from her hands...and if you still don't get it...then they give her another Name...it NEVER ENDS... THEY HAVE UNKNOWN SOILDERS GHOSTS AND ZOMBIES...when they can't use a Large amount of characters that are important to their storyline they need someone to step in...for that position... meanwhile the same reason is why Only Jubilee and Colosses appear with Deadpool because they belong to a Separate Team of Comics that's Starts at the End of Spiderman known as Generation X...and Deadpool is Part of this Team except that at the Same time because he's Time Traveling he doesn't really belong their and he is also part of the X-FORCE...
