It’s my favorite game of all time but I think the ambiguity and constant intentional narrative contradictions are what make it interesting. There’s a loose sense of reality to its fiction and that’s a big part of its identity, and I think trying to over explain or literalize everything would completely miss the point of what makes it special. Like would meticulously giving concrete explanations to every mystery or weird thing that happens in the game improve its atmosphere or themes? I don’t think so, because that lack of a conventional structure along with surrealist nightmare logic is it’s best aspect.
Honestly I don't really know what the point of a sequel to this game would be nor do I really want one, BUT I would really love a "Director's Cut" at some point considering so much of the game's script was cut from the final release. Suda has also been open to the idea.

Why did the younger one try to kill the older one and Kun Lan? -How did Emir Parkreiner survive his suicide attempt and become Garcian Smith? -Is the fixed ending in Shanghai "100 years later" just Suda51's way of saying "voting is pointless since you'll always get the same outcome"? Garcian gets to vote (in a certain way) by the end of the game. In any case, I'd still like to see a version of Killer7 with all the cut content put back in.

Give Suda51's other games a try, like the "No More Heroes" series, if you can. There's even meme videos of "Stop Posting About" for "No More Heroes" too!
